It is a cheap car with elegant looks. Too bad the engine is not that responsive. I always have trouble with the carburator settings where it oftenly changes by itself. The gearbox is not that responsive either. It's hard to park this car in narrow spaces, the steering is really heavy because of its heavy body, and it doesn't have any power steering. The good thing is that this car has a soft yet stable suspension. The seats are also pretty wide and comfortable.

1981 Wagon. The engine they bought off holden was this cars biggest downfall. I think it was called the "1X" motor, and it was worse than the R18 motor it replaced. Holden basically got a 202, cut two cylinders out, and said "there you go" I had a mate running a 202 at the time which went better, and used much less feul. I think they put these into the 4 cylinder commodore too. Body and stuff was ok, but ugly. Gearbox and diff both gave issues after 250,000 too.
