Drove one once - I worked in a car repair shop and drove many different cars when I was going to college in 1967. This was one of the more memorable ones. It was in need of brakes so driving it was quite a challenge. You didn't want to get going too fast because stopping was very iffy. Most of the stopping power could be derived by downshifting.

It's based off of a Beetle. So it drove with a Beetle with a funny body. I would have labelled it as what it is, but this system isn't complete. Sucks.
