Staff were condescending, not helpful, didn’t seem that engaging or welcoming, really didn’t try to sell the vehicle. They lied about multiple things in our process then refused to cooperate in the process.

Communication from the sales team was excellent, and they truly worked hard to make sure I had a great experience. The dealership was very busy, so the process did take quite a while (about 5 hours), but Peyton and Terry were beyond amazing the entire time. They were patient, professional, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Honestly, they are the only reason I stayed and completed the deal. Unfortunately, my experience in the finance office was the complete opposite. The finance manager became visibly upset when I declined additional warranties and GAP coverage. I felt talked down to and treated as if I didn’t understand what I was doing, simply because I chose not to purchase the add-ons. That part of the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I can’t say enough great things about the sales staff — especially Peyton and Terry — and they truly represent what good customer service should look like. I just wish the finance portion had matched the same level of professi
