Dealerships near me (Boones Mill, VA)

Helpful not pushy

This was genuinely the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. The kindness, transparency, and care for us as the buyer was evident throughout the whole experience. The price was excellent, the owner and his family were so pleasant to be around, and we walked away with a great car and peace of mind. There nothing more I could ask for, and I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership, if you could call it that. When we were, it just felt like buying a car from a close family friend.

Put only one screw in front license plate bracket and failed to locate a donut tire for my car. Said they had no return policy!

I spoke to the dealer. I’m in New York so the travel distance would be a bit much at this price point.

They were excellent to deal with. I would have bought the car but I count get my money together. The car was beautiful and well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice vehicle. Tks

I drove 3.5 hours to see a Yukon Denali. When I go there it was exactly what I was looking for. I was ready to take it home. It had a sensor that needed to be checked so I could not take it home that night. They said it might be a week. Called on Labor Day to see if I could pick it up. They said I couldn’t. Long story short I had extra time to think about it. I continued to shop around. I felt like the issues the truck had the price was not worth what they were asking. The staff was great and my salesman Eric was a solid guy. I would definitely go back if they had something I was in the market for.

Inquired about the vehicle and never got any response
