Chevy's retro cargo van didn't change much for its final year of production. The 2005 Astro Cargo comes in 2 trims: RWD and AWD. Both trims have a 4.3 L, 190 hp V6 powertrain with 4 speed automatic transmission.

Gas mileage averages out to 15 mpg in the city and 20 on the highway. Both trims have 3 doors, seat 2,, and offer standard air conditioning and ABS brakes. With an impressive 170.4 cubic feet of cargo space, the Astro Cargo lives up to its name and gives you over 4 times the capacity of the Astro passenger van.

I drive this this thing 10-14hrs a day, it's not bad on gas for a heavy ladder van full of tools and equipment. I'ts a good van, the only problem would be the steering, it's not very precise, you have to keep adjusting for center because it not very responsiveDec 14, 2007
