What is best economical way to get household power using your alternator without seperate inverter if alternators produce AC OUTPUT before being rectified to 12V? Can you dual output an alternator ?

My FORD E250 SUPER CARGO van makes a strange, whine when accelerating. It is ongoing as I drive, dies down when my foot is NOT on the pedal, but gets louder as I push on the gas.

2004 Ford e350 6.0l diesel dying problems.
I have this 04 6.0l diesel that had codes for failed #6 injector. I opened the motor up and found injector in half. So i replaced the injector which is horrible on an e350. It ran great for awhile and now it keeps dying at stops. I have codes p2284 and p2285 which cleared after i cleaned the battery terminals. Now the only code is P0278 which is cylinder 6 balance malfunction. It hasnt turned on check engine light but I literally just replaced this injector. Any ideas??? Need help!

My 04 ford e350 AC isn't blowing cold air like it should...its cools down only on long hauls not in the city. Freon is in and the AC is "charged" whatever that means..
Some one suggested that the vents underneath may be clogged by debris. If so can I clean it? Where would I look?
