it is very good on the gas the space and for winter time the 4x4 its grate!! I will recommended to any of my friends or someone that is looking for a good 4x4 suv or family car its grate for a really nice trip. May 26, 2014

Mitsubishi Montero sport problem
My 2000 Mitsubishi Montero sport starts and runs for about 4 minutes and then it bogs out and then some smoke comes from the bottom of the engine and hits the exhaust this all happened when I cut my wires because I needed the battery quick and when I connected the wires back to the new battery I might have done it the wrong way ever since then it starts drives for a little bit but then bogs out like I'm running out of gas and then eventually turns off please help me out

Timing belt broke (I think) is my engine trash?
About a week ago, my Montero developed a pretty bad ticking noise. People were saying it was my lifters and I had my oil changed. RIGHT after the oil change about a quarter mile down the road the car just quit. No warning or anything just stopped and did not start again. I'm now told my timing belt has probably broke and it probably bent my valves and destroyed my engine. I'm wondering how I know whether or not it can be fixed. Thanks!
