It is beautiful and a custom 3/4 ton pickup with only about 50,000 miles on the engine and 70,000 on the body. It also has a topper to keep the bed dry if there is foul weather. We use this vehicle in parades at our camp. Loretta also has custom wheels.Oct 09, 2010

I only drove it once because i was 12 but the performance was ok at best but we think there was something wrong with the engine, but the build quality was awsome it was a northern truck but had no rust and the suspension was and body was built like a rock.the interior was nice and was comfortable the exterior was also nice, it had good body lines.the mileage was ok it got about 13 14 depending on speed and terrain. it was awsome to drive and ride in Aug 22, 2010

Its a Dodge need I say more. Gets around great and has always been dependable. Only wish it had a cummins and a 5-speed in it. Every one needs a Dodge of some kind. If you cant Dodge it Ram it. Mar 16, 2010

1984 Ramcharger 318 acceleration cough
The truck starts after about 10 pumps of the pedal. Once started, idles fine. During moderate acceleration, truck begins to shut off. If pedal is mashed to the floor, the truck roars back to life and drives fine. If the pedal is not mashed, the truck will stall.

1984 RamCharger Suburban...should fuel flow from tank to fuel pump without engine running? I can't seem to get any fuel up to the carb...or even into the fuel line to the carb. Tank is 1/4 full of fuel. Engine will start and run if I prime the carb, but when the prime runs out the engine quits. No sign of fuel in fuel line either before or after the fuel filter by the fuel pump.
The truck ran when I parked it a little over a year ago. I can't figure out why I am not getting fuel...
