The perfect family car, safe and powerful, quality made... Good brakes, nice dash, easy navigation, spacy, 7 seats. Nice rims and tires, overall quality. Fuel consumption could be better. This is my second XC90. I hope the XC100 will come out soon.

I found their practices to be off-putting if not shady. The person that responded to my inquiry & scheduled my same day 1:30 test drive was reported as not [working the floor]. They immediately tried to "interest me in something else", while immediately informing me that they thin the car was sold. Then confirmed the alleged "just" sold sale. I LEFT! As I that wasn't bad enough they sent me a follow up email about my recent purchase, addressing me by someone else's name! Of course I had not made a purchase. I'd call that a bait &switch attempt because 4 days later the vehicle was still listed!!!
