I made an appointment and drove over an hour to get there. 15 minutes away I received a call that someone else was driving that car. It was sold before I got there. Seemed a little fishy to me to have a transaction completed that quickly. They also treated me as if I didn't know what I wanted. They brought other people over to tell me I didn't really want dual sliding doors...I did. They also gave me misinformation--saying a 2013 Sienna LE (4-cyl) cost 30k new and the 2012 was 21k--so great value. Not true--a new one is not that much and it was very misleading. The dealer also said the doors were "soft touch" opening. I couldn't believe it--you can't just make up a feature because it didn't have power doors. They were regular doors--not soft touch. I felt like because I was a woman, they thought I was stupid. I would not trust them in the future. I have also received at least 4 calls from other people at the dealership asking if I want to come look at the Sienna I came to see last week--the one that has been sold. I have asked them to stop calling and hope they do soon. I think the rating of "poor" that I'm giving is generoud.

The most unethical dealership I have dealt with in over 35 years; personifies the reason people hate car salesmen. They sold a 2012 Tacoma “out from underneath me” while I was awaiting payment information from the sales manager – including the use of a credit card transaction to hold the aforementioned vehicle. Stall tactics are utilized by this group to avoid having to work for the buyer . Deplorable communication, substandard follow-up and no customer courtesy shown to potential customers. Beware of this dealership – they are knuckle-draggers.

I did not get a response to my emailed inquiry on a 2011 Toyota Tacoma but since they were close by I stopped in. The salesman I dealt with named Al was friendly and helpful and I was able to close the sale after some negotiation. There was a little pressure to make the deal but not inordinate. As with all negotiations, do your homework (have printouts or info on similarly equipped models marked "Great" or "Good" deals by CarGurus, and NADA estimates for your used car if you're trading-in) and be prepared to walk out if they won't accept your fair offer.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I found a truck that I had been looking for; they were totally unwilling to work out a deal of any kind except what they had posted. I told them we would take the truck at their asking price & I was coming from 3 1/2 hours away I would like to know that the truck wouldn't be sold in the process. I asked if I could make a deposit to know that it would be there when I got there. I was told they didn't "hold" any vehicle for anybody!! After driving almost 4 hours the whells on the truck were completely ruined! The salesman agreed that they were horrible & suggested that I get a new set from a junk yard. Knowing that wheels would cost over $1,000.00 he still wouldn't take anything off of the price! (the truck was almost $19,000.00) We were told "what you see id what you get for that price!" Suggested that we take the truck for a test drive & maybe his service manager would switch a set from an other truck. Then we were told they might be able to that but it wasn't going to be that evening! Meaning we would have to go home with nothing and trust their word enough to make that trip again!! Absolutely NOT! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!
