Didn't buy a car from them but Josh and Casey helped me make the right decision. They are upfront, honest and aware of how other dealers like may mislead a potential customer for a deal. In my case, bertera nissan did a bait and switch on a free tire's for life deal. The deal had many contigencies which were never shared with me until the last minute. Not a good practice. Thanks Marlboro for for providing all the information up front so I can make an informed decision with all the facts. You even did so at the risk of losing my business. I am impressed.
