WE bought the car from this dealer. Until the sales transaction was incomplete, lots of email and phone follow-up. Once the car was sold, I am having hard time getting hold of anyone. Kareem the sales consultant, Jesse the Finance guy and the Sales manager never bothered to follow up inspite of my multiple attempts to follow up on phone and email. Partial disclosure to sell the vehicle is their strategy. I would stay away from these guys. I am taking up the matter with MB and will see how it goes.
