The service was horrible. I applies for credit online, in which I was approved. I walked in the door and inquired about a Mercedes Benz that they were selling.The salesman gave me the keys of the car and told me he didn't know anything about Mercedes, and I can test drive the car if I want. When I returned from the test drive, the salesman was no where to be found. Another salesman greeted me and said we will get be back to you via phone. They called me back an hour later with some terms and never ask if I like the car, if I had any issue, etc. The dealership that I bought my Benz from and I highly recommend is McGrath Lexus in Chicago.All the employees was friendly and nice. I would defiantly buy another car from their dealership again.

This dealership let me drive 5 hrs to look at a car they knew had sold and attempted to sell me a different vehicle!!!! Do not associate yourself with these people.

This dealership was very quick to respond to my inquiry (an email and phone call). I never felt pressured in anyway, I felt respected. They were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a MINI from them. I would definitely refer and buy another car from them in the future!
