This dealer was TERRIBLE. They practice deceptive advertising. Advertised a price with lots of add ons so there DEAL rating would be higher. They responded to my inquiry right away, confirmed VIN, pricing, features, and mileage on the phone with Sondi. Made an apppointment for the next day. Drove 50 miles to find out that everything matched EXCEPT the features were far worse. The car was actually way over priced for what was offered. Spoke with Gerry the sales mgr and his both. Their response and accountability was appalling! They tried to do a bait and switch but I don't reward poor business practices. BE WARNED! Too many other great Hyundai dealers to deal with these snakes! Bought a great Hyundai from Harbor Hyundai in Long Beach...Ask for Mike C.
