“Car is flawed. Dealer/Factory refused to fix obvious problems.”

The car was very close to being a very nice vehicle. I still do not understand why the factory refused to fix obvious problems and would not even return my phone calls until I filed a lemon law complaint. Be VERY CAREFUL about buying a Hyundai.

First I was told I qualified for the car I originally inquired about, but when I got to the dealer " the car was already sold to the credit union. and we're. making more money selling it to them then you." Try to put me in another car but nothing else caught my eye so I left. Two days later I get a text from Yesenia telling me the Altima is still there if I wanted it! Not the good customer service I expected after my initial contact with them . Very disappointing .

I was bombarded with email messages, texts, and calls regarding whether I plan on coming in to see the Elantra. It was a bit overwhelming. When I finally had the chance to call Tom back, he was arrogant – which didn't rub me the right way. As a woman asking about the car, he told me I "sounded young, like I didn't know much about purchasing a car before", and that he sells 50 cars a year so he knows the best deal I could get. Good for you Tom. It just won't be from my business. Too bad the other folks from Commerce that called on Tom's behalf, seemed nice. Would've bought the car from them. Chose another dealership instead.

This dealer was TERRIBLE. They practice deceptive advertising. Advertised a price with lots of add ons so there DEAL rating would be higher. They responded to my inquiry right away, confirmed VIN, pricing, features, and mileage on the phone with Sondi. Made an apppointment for the next day. Drove 50 miles to find out that everything matched EXCEPT the features were far worse. The car was actually way over priced for what was offered. Spoke with Gerry the sales mgr and his both. Their response and accountability was appalling! They tried to do a bait and switch but I don't reward poor business practices. BE WARNED! Too many other great Hyundai dealers to deal with these snakes! Bought a great Hyundai from Harbor Hyundai in Long Beach...Ask for Mike C.

I would not purchase anything from this dealer not even a bottle of bottled water. I was schedule for an appointment at 12 noon the finance director called me and sent several emails to me to be on time because he had set aside special time for me. What this dealership reminded me of car salesman from the past "we will do anything to sell anyone a car" was the attitude and the truth was just something they had forgotten about. I would not recommend anyone to this dealership because they just want to pray on people buying cars instead of being upfront with thier customers they just wan tot take advantage of people and that is how I felt and I left I tried to get a price on a ford pickup and all I recevied back was disrespectful comments by the salesman and thats it. I would not recommend this place even to the Satan himself and that is how I truly feel. Now if you want a car salesman from the past and you ae just like them inside this is the place for you to go because they just love praying upon people instead trying to treat thier customers with the resepct we derserve as a consumer my overall rating of this dealership would be a minus five stars!
