Family Hyundai responded to me very promptly. I contacted them tuesday got a call an hour later came in thursday to check out the car and walked out with it the same night. They worked with me on the price as well as my apr. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Derrick is very helpful and took his time to help me. The entire team stayed about an hour and a half past closing to help me (though i think any smart business team would have stayed to close a deal). Great place. If I could rate this dealer with NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. I made an appointment and drove over an hour to see a car that had been vandalized in their lot and I could not even drive it. The sales guy then tried to sell me a car I had no interest in. Felt competely duped. They don't care about the customer. All they care about is your money. Don't trust this dealer!!!

I had the sale manager walk around the car several times he said the car was in great shape no rock chip,dents or body damage When I got there 2 hours later there were scratches every where body damage in the rear and they still tried to tell me the damage could be repaired I told the if I wanted to by a wreck I could of bought one closer to home What A POOR DEALER looking for your Money Only what a scam Dealership.

They allowed me to take the car out alone and drive it for a couple of hours! During that time, I fell in love with it. Cory Colvin was as determined as I was to get the price down so I could afford to buy the car. He worked with management, and made sure I was comfortable during the process, and personally made sure the car was detailed to perfection. I am still in love with my Black Beauty Azera, and thankful for the great folks at TriCity Hyundai for putting me in the driver's seat!
