I purchased a 2006 Honda Element and Jimmy Jung was very helpfull not to mention he wasn't your typical "salesman" which was very refreshing . The mechanics aren't exactly up to par as they forgot to tighten the terminals to my battery causing it to lose power while driving and forgot to put back some special screws to a component on the vehicle that would have caused a problem had not my mechanic noticed .

I came in to see and drive a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Azera. Everyone at the dealership treated me with great respect and kindness. They allowed me to take the car out alone and drive it for a couple of hours! During that time, I fell in love with it. Cory Colvin was as determined as I was to get the price down so I could afford to buy the car. He worked with management, and made sure I was comfortable during the process, and personally made sure the car was detailed to perfection. I am still in love with my Black Beauty Azera, and thankful for the great folks at TriCity Hyundai for putting me in the driver's seat! I highly recommend this dealer, and plan to continue my relationship with them over the lifetime of my beautiful "new" car.
