I sought information from the internet department and received a call the next day. I was told to come on down and they would show me the choices i had. I was specific on the vehicle I wanted and was reassured I would be satisfied if I would just come on down. when I showed up I was met by (Brett) and spent a total of 6 hours there for them to tell me the only thing they had on their lot that they could get me approved for was a ford escort, with payments of $390 per month. they wanted to give me $500 for my trade which blue books private party value at $5,500, or trade in value of $2,800. they wanted to give me a 30% interest rate with a credit score of 650. left this dealer and went to Lubbers ford in Cheney KS a few days later, and drove away with the 4x4 I wanted, spent about $6,000 less and got an interest rate of 11.69%. Payments are less than they would have been on the car Rusty Eck tried to force me into. they tried to make me feel like they was doing me a favor when the whole time they were actually trying to put the screws to me. they almost had me convinced that I would not be able to get approved by any other dealership. I would not recommend this dealer to any person looking for a vehicle. the vehicle I got from Lubbers was full of fuel and had a brand new set of tires and even a brand new spare tire. after looking over the truck, I found a leaking seal on the transfur case, so i called Lubbers and talked to the sales person. I was told to bring the truck back and it would be fixed. in the meantime i was furnished a loaner truck with a full tank of gas.
