BIG WASTE OF TIME!!! Jason helped us and at first everything was going really well. My husband and i both took off of work early because the drive was a hour ina half. Once we arrived he rushed us because he said he had to go and it was pointless that we came up there because the finance people couldnt work on our paper work till the following day. The next we waited hours to get a respond finally he said he was able to get us approved however the intrest was too high. He never once offered us another car or willing to make a deal. Needless to say we went to Joy Myers Toyota and was able to get a car at the same price with low intrest and DROVE AWAY THAT SAME DAY!!!!!

They quoted us a price $250 higher tha their advertised price. After doing my home work and showing them their advertized pricei asked why. Thit response was one of "so what".. the car had atatleast 10;000 too many miles for the excellent condition they were basing the pricec of their car on; as well as, 2 bad tires. They would not come down at all. They did "beat up " my trade.

It took a very long time to be able to speak with a "financial manager" there to finalize the numbers then negotiations continued for even more time which was not fun. I was frustrated and about to walk out when they finally gave me a good deal on the used vehicle. Buying a car shouldn't take over 7 hours to complete plus give you an ulcer and a headache.
