Escape was in stock, in which they said yes. My boyfriend drove an
hour and a half to the dealership, and they said they sold it two days
ago. My boyfriend called me while leaving the dealership to tell me
the news, so I called Dick Masheter Ford back and asked if they had
the car in stock to see if they were lying, and once again they said they
had the car on the lot. Moral of the story do not waste your time with
these liars."

"After requesting information thru CarGurus I got an e-mail from the dealer. I called and was told the car was available, quoted a price and told I would be called to set an appt. I had to call them, and was told the car is not really for sale thats why its been listed so long. Its been used as a company car and needs repairs and once they fix it they'll need to charge at least $1000 more."

"Salesperson was not attentive to customer needs after I drove 2.5 hours
to Maryland from Pennsylvania to view a vehicle. I made the drive to
purchase but did not feel comfortable with the process nor the deal I was
being offered. Ultimately I secured the same vehicle in prestige with every
option available for almost the same price as the premium A7 I went to
view in Silver Spring. The trip to this dealership was a waste of time and
money. "
