"I spoke with four different people at this dealership, one associate
minutes before I arrived. All claimed that the vehicle would be there
to test drive. Upon arriving, the manager gave me the run around
and tried to bring up a totally different vehicle. Then, he "searched"
the lot for the vehicle and came back 20 minutes later to tell me the
vehicle wasn't there. When I asked why I was told all week and that
day that the vehicle was ready for me to test drive, he laughed and
make up some excuse about traffic. Terrible business! Outdated
establishment, bathrooms were nasty, and customer service failed.
Good for me that it didn't work out though because I ended buying a
brand new 2013 Honda Pilot Touring as Ourisman Honda in
Bethesda. They're awesome!!"

"I started the proceedings with one Lance and he has a very bad attitude. He does not know how to relate to customers. Also together with the finance manager Bobby they were able to strongly turn me off that I sent them an email not to deal with them again. Did not buy a car from them because in trying to negotiate Lance called me a LOSER!!!! Will not recommend them to anyone. Zero stars for them. Management has to instill some discipline in their staff.
