Toyota dealerships near me (Grapevine, TX)

I test drove this vehicle and wanted to purchase. Manager handling the purchase numbers showed me a paper with the breakdown of the purchase price and it had increased by $6K. The manager explained the increase was due to "shop costs" that were necessary to bring the vehicle up to the dealership's sales standards. I remarked that additional costs should be added to the purchase price prior to the vehicle being advertised for sale. The manager said that is not how the dealership did their pricing. He would not sell the vehicle for the advertised price and I declined to purchase. I left the dealership feeling dubbed having suffered a bait and switch price experience. The experience got much worse but the review does not give space enough for all The public needs to beware of this dealership's shady tatics.

Good experience, only spoke with over phone. For my personal experience, the car they had was very clean, but after adding dealer fees took the car quite a bit out of our price range and slightly overpriced based on the limited research and comparison on the internet.

Dewaine was really helpful and on the spot, but I happened to find another vehicle more to my requirements. I would definitely go to them again to start a new car search.

Writing this as of 9/16/2023 at 1:22 EST Whatever price you see just add $4,500+ onto that price so please people before you go there and submit an application know how much the vehicle truly cost So as for why I rated them 2 stars it’s because they were very professional and responded very promptly but even though they clearly have no integrity or honesty like they promote But the vehicle I was interested in was a white 2020 Honda insight listed on cargurus for 25995 I call they tell me on their site it’s $26,552 But I ask for the out the door price They say $31,148 before tax and fees and close to 35,000 after tax title and fees!!! They need a dictionary to really know what honor and integrity and honest truly means cause even now it doesn’t even show the 31,148 price which includes the BS they added
