Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Loved the salesman, Glen, but the low ball offer for my trade was a joke. Just because I am a mom buying my 16 boy a vehicle doesn't mean I am inexperienced or don't know when someone is trying to take advantage of me. I was ready to make my deal with Glen on a jeep but was so insulted by the first offer the manager came back with I should have just left. He offered me $2500 for a truck that is retailing $7,500-$8,000. He spoke to me as if I was a child. After talking to neighbors and friends about my experience , everyone I have spoken with has agreed... Vandergriff Toyota is a slimey dealership. I wish Glen was somewhere else, and I would be happy to have bought from him. BTW... other dealerships offered $6000 for the truck.

I didn't purchase the VW Beetle that was advertised but the saleswoman, Lisa Hope, went above and beyond my expectations in helping me locate and purchase a VW Beetle in better condition for my daughter.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service that I have received from Vandergriff. I have a slaesman in every model department working on finding me the perfect car and they are so friendly and customer oriented!!

Only rated one star because it would not rate any lower. Living in another state I contacted Vandergriff Toyota when I found a vehicle I was interested in on their lot. The first salesman I spoke to, never called me back at our arranged time. I next went to the Sales manager. I explained I had a mechanic (independent) hierd to inspect the car. They said no problem. after the mechanic inspected the truck, I had him call me, because the dealership only wanted a $2000 non-refundable deposit. The truck checked out ok and I called to put a deposit on a Friday evening. The manager told me not to worry. I specifically told him I did not want to have them sell it out from under me. He said it was ok. I worked Saturday, called and left a message saying I wanted to get things set for purchase. I called again and I was told they did not need any deposit and we would take care of it on Monday. Monday came and I called the manager to get things set. He said he would fax me the paperwork for purchase and in the meantime I contracted with a vehicle transport service. When I had not received anything by that afternoon I called three more times. Finally I got ahold of the manager and he told me they sold the truck on Saturday morning. I had paid for the inspection and the shipper. Vandergriff offered nothing back to me. As far as I am concerned, they are the worst dealership. They lie, misrepresent, lead you on and try to screw you out of anything you may have. They will bait and switch, not disclose damage and vehicle info and try to cover up any issues with a vehicle. Stay away from Vandergriff Toyota!!!

These guys are terrible. They post low price listings which are not available and then they try to sell you something else. This happened twice. The second time they changed the price on the same day and then could not say what happened to the car. Don't waste your time calling them.

sales team member unsure of inventory, appeared to have no tools to check the inventory, could not supply any helpful details about their prodcut

Saw the truck over lunch hour on Friday, drove home Saturday afternoon. Ask for Jordan, he's a good kid.

Horrible experience. Was on the way to purchase selected vehicle. Then told some lame story about the care not be available because person who traded car was declared incompetent. Had two other co-workers call about availability 2 hours later and the next day and they were told the vehicle was available with nb hitches. Crappy sales experience and a waste of 1 hours driving and gas.

Wife flew to pick the car up. Over the phone stated it had no battery issues, and wife didn't notice a dash code which states the opposite. Will have to replace the battery pack (~$1500). Has taken them over 3 weeks to get my title to me, and will have to pay fees when i finally get it registered because of state laws.

This dealership gets a "C". They will do most anything to make a sale, but once they have sold you a car, everything becomes average.

Looking at used truck. Asked what features a truck had and was told we could look it up on their website. Asked if scratches could be buffed out , told If we wanted a perfect truck we should but a new one. Very rude and smartass.
