"Everyone did a great job for us. The Rav4 sold itself. It is a lease trade-in and is in immaculate condition. We purchased on a Wednesday, but the car had not been cleaned or inspected, since they had just got it in. We didn't mind waiting, so we said we'd pick it up Friday evening. Then my wife decided she'd like to drive it to an out-of-town meeting on Friday morning. On top of that, as a surprise for my wife, I decided I'd like to have a remote starter put on it before I picked up the car. I called Thursday morning about 8:30...Can I pick up the car this evening (Thursday) rather than Friday and oh by the way, can you install a remote starter before I pick it up? My salesman and the service department made the inspection, the remote starter and detailing all happen by 8:30 PM! I'll definitely buy more cars here and I recommend Byers highly."

"i live 1 hr 15 mins away so going this far for me is alot. i ended up being there for over 4 hrs which included purchasing the car. salesman was ok tho when i wanted to deal with the car price he didnt seem to happy about it. also what they gave me for my trade in and what i see they have it forsale now is crazy to me. i know my trade in was worth more but they would hardly work with me. all i got was an extra $600 for my trade in yet they are saling it for almost $4000 more than they gave me. also the aftercare i got with the new car a day later was a joke! windshield was chipped and they were suppose to replace and it became a big hassle the very next day and couldnt get a return call. overall they were ok to deal with. would i buy another car there?? probably not with the customer service i got and the distance cant say i would. you would think that a brand new customer they would try to excell in customer satisfaction. "
