i live 1 hr 15 mins away so going this far for me is alot. i ended up being there for over 4 hrs which included purchasing the car. salesman was ok tho when i wanted to deal with the car price he didnt seem to happy about it. also what they gave me for my trade in and what i see they have it forsale now is crazy to me. i know my trade in was worth more but they would hardly work with me. all i got was an extra $600 for my trade in yet they are saling it for almost $4000 more than they gave me. also the aftercare i got with the new car a day later was a joke! windshield was chipped and they were suppose to replace and it became a big hassle the very next day and couldnt get a return call. overall they were ok to deal with. would i buy another car there?? probably not with the customer service i got and the distance cant say i would. you would think that a brand new customer they would try to excell in customer satisfaction.

I think their pricing is fair, Malek was friendly and not pushy. I did not buy from them but only because i changed my mind about buying right now.

I worked with this dealer initially looking for a used Toyota Prius. In my search, I realized the price difference between the model years was so tight. Greg Gee of Toyota Direct was the one to open my eyes to possibly purchasing a new 2011 Toyota Prius. After much deliberation and some more online research, I decided on the 2011 Toyota Prius. The out the door price that Greg offered served as a guide to purchase from another dealer only because I waited too long and the entire stock at Toyota Direct had been sold. I had no choice but to approach another dealer with Greg's price as a guide. The day before purchasing my new car, Greg took the time to give me a call to ensure that I got my car at a great price. It BLEW MY MIND! This man is the epitome of what it is to be genuine and considerate. I plan on servicing my new Prius at this dealership as the dealer from which I purchased is about 3 hours away.
