He did contact me. we made arranged a time to check out the jeep. I left work early let the salesman I was going to be there between 3:00 and 3:30. I arrived at 3:15 only to see the Jeff was on a display platform so all I could do is look at the under the jeep. I was there for 10 minutes and no one came so I left. the salesman text me later saying he saw me but he on the phone and by the time he hung up I was gone. I told him that there wasn't much to see and I certainly couldn't test drive it. He said if I wanted to come back later he would try to get someone to bring it down off the display platform. I told him its a beautiful jeep and once they get it down so someone can sit in it and test drive it will sell quickly. I don't like people wasting my time so I thanked him for his time.

Mike was responsive and available. He immediately answered my email, scheduled an appointment and allowed me to test drive the vehicle when I showed up a day early. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to convince me. He was straightforward about the vehicle’s condition and potential issues.

Responded to texts and voice. Vehicle was as described but decided against model.

They were helpful in dealing with me even though we didn't come to an agreement at this time, I'll keep in touch with them in the future.
