Great economical and sporty car. Only 500 built in Canada which makes it a rare car.The looks of the car is one of my favorite things about it, especially the interior. The dash is all black with carbon fiber around the air vents and center controls, the shifter is on the dash. The fronts seats are sporty and covered with a black suede material. Lots of leg and head room for passengers in the back seat and lots of storage space in the hatch with a 70/30 split folding seats. Not a very good winter car. I got stuck a few times in the deeper snow, but if you get a good set of winter tires you'll be fine.
Pros:
very reliable and holds itd value
Cons:
doesn't preform well in winter.

Not the best performance wise but in this sad country with the price of fuel and road tax becoming shocking it does for my shallow pockets. I wanted a Civic Type-R on a very small budget but the Civic Sport was the nex best thing. only major differences from the Type-R were the engine (1.6 rather than 2.0) the seats, boot spoiler & smaller wheels. but my own upgrades improved the standard Sport. build quality is great. much less plasticy inside than my prevous fords, much lower than most modern cars which leads to good handling.. but ive helped that with my own tweeks too. overall i love my car!..Type-R looks on a sensible budget!
Pros:
Sporty looks (Type-R styling) low running costs, good build quality, great handling.
Cons:
speed & bhp or lack of.

I love my Civic. She's reliable, economical and she looks good too. She's not the fastest pony in the paddock but she can get me where I need to go when I need to got here. She didn't cost all that much and the insurance isn't bad. I think she's a really fun car. She's sitting at just around 50,000 miles and I got her when she had 10,000.
Pros:
Good gas mileage, low insurance premiums, reliable.
Cons:
She could be more enticing to look at.

acceleration suxs, engine makes too much noise, AC takes too long to cool the car, and especially if u r planning to buy one dont get it in leather seats you wont be able to sit after its been in sun for about 3 or 4 hrs.

Acquired the 2003 LX Anniversary Edition with 60K. It is in like new condition. Just had the car for week and so far am impressed with its comfort, styling with spoiler, control, simplicity, ease of use, and manouverabilty. Automatic shifting in city is barely noticeable, without abrupt lurches I have experienced in other compacts.
Pros:
small footprint, suspension, transmission, comfort,
driver visibility, 15 inch tires, dash display readability.
Cons:
engine noise intrudes, radio quality,
no dash indication that only DRL are on as. |

the acceleration. the braking is very good since i can slow down from like 130 to 50 in a couple seconds. handlings great since i just put new tires on it and got a center alignment on it. all i need to get on it is a new front bumper cause this one is cracked. no squeeks or rattles. the interior is in great condition i have standard si seats thats black/grey seats and red stiching. and exterior it is uneven more weight in front than in back doesnt even out but it has its ups and downs. the car is alot of fun to drive.
Pros:
Fun to drive.
Cons:
Gets you alot of tickets if you drive like me.

Obviously this car isnt extremely performant, the acceleration and braking are mediocre at best, however i was pleasantly surprised by the handling on this car. I find that's the one reason that makes this fun to drive. The one thing I can't complain about for this car is its reliabiity. I haven't had to perform any repairs on this car other than regular upkeep. It does look like just any old car, it definitely doesn't stand out since there are thousands of them on the road. But all in all, its an inexpensive car that doesn't have very many hidden costs.
Pros:
Very reliable
Cons:
Not performant.

Now that I have a family the car is a little small for a car seat. Other than that the car is a dream, runs well and is amazing on gas. Honda gets 5 stars on the from me. k
