2002 Saab 9-3 SE

The SE sedan is now the entry-level model for the 9-3 lineup.  The 9-3 sedan is actually a five-door hatchback, which offers a considerable amount of rear cargo room.  All SEs are equipped with the 205 horsepower engine, which is available with either the five-speed manual or an optional four-speed automatic.  The SE comes with a long list of amenities, including keyless entry, full power accessories, heated mirrors, a moon roof, a power driver's seat, OnStar, steering wheel audio controls and a trip computer.  SE interiors are dressed with leather upholstered seats, wood trim, and a leather-trimmed steering wheel and shifter.  A CD player also becomes standard this year.
