In addition, expect the Acadia to deliver around 17 mpg in the city and 25 on the highway.  The Acadia also gives you 19.7 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row that stretches out to 119 cubic feet when you fold down the second and third rows.  Safety features include 6 airbags, stability control, and a tire pressure monitoring system.  Ride high on standard 18 inch wheels or upgrade to 19 inch wheels.
Overall, drivers like the roomy, comfortable interior, smooth handling, and cargo space.  On the other hand, reviewers agree that the interior could use some higher quality materials.  Balance the positive with the negative and you'll conclude that the GMC Acadia Crossover SUV has gotten off to a very promising start.
