Lancer won't start

I hit a bump in the road and my car stopped
running I can't find any power going to the pump
any idea how to fix

Yes I did I was thinking maybe the fuel Shutoff switch but I haven't been able to find it,,, I did check the wires with a test light 3min ago and I have one wire that now makes the test light flash none with the key on and off
