You can't you have to take it to the dealer, but your car should still be under warranty so it shouldn't cost you anything.

Thank you for the information. I did go to dealer stated lock was hyper extended when I tried to get the doors open and therefore the warranty is void. So I am stuck with a 2 door car since as a senior I am on limited income I can not afford to pay $4200.00 to repair it. Ugh!!! I welcome any suggestions.

Jacqui, I would NOT settle for that dealers response, so I would try a different dealer or register a complaint with Hyundai USA. I was a licensed lock smith for many years, and 1) I never even heard the term that a lock was "HYPER-EXTENDED while trying to open a door", 2) Read all the threads on all the Hyundia web sites you can find thru the Google search engine and you will see there is a very big problem with Hyundai's locking and anti theft systems. DO NOT ACCEPT that Dealer's answer!

other than paying the 4200, Jacqui or anyone else, any suggestions. I have a rear right side door going the same thing, just thinking pulling the inner door panel while the door is closed is gonna be hard. At least it is not the front door. If anyone has any advise-I am open to it....I need help too. I got a feeling the rider in the back door pulled on the handle to hard....I know I was already having problem with the little black child lock think the key goes into, but for the last 2 years was dealing with it. Please Help......
