My Lincoln Navigator rear airbags are filling up way too high and won't go down even if you take out the air Inlet and deflate it they will just go back up

Does anyone know what would cause the rear to over inflate it seems to take it awhile i deflated the system and reset it was normal after about 15 minutes compressor was off and doing fine then drove to the store and the rear had over inflated to max out height switches again seems like a pressure solenoid or something to me.

There might be another leak. I have a 2003 and with a leak in the front right air line, the compressor every now and then throws its arms up and quits and down she goes. 5-10 min later back up again and holding for 15-20 min. After fixing the leaky T just below the compressor it’s fine now.
