Anything is possible if you know how to cut and weld. But I think you are asking if its a direct install. If so, then NO. You can get seats from other Mazda B series models and Ford Rangers. The bolt line up is very different on various makes and models. And you have to make sure that all 4 bolts are in the right place and the seat is very secure to avoid injury in case of an accident. Having 3 out of 4 bolts is not good enough.
