If it starts then dies, check your security system. With passlock it is usually a fuel injector disable. Could be other issues? Any applicable trouble codes? Gm has that 30 minute relearn procedure that you can try, if that's the problem?

Maybe I got ahead of myself? If spark is the only problem, check primary voltage at the ignition coil. Usually with sensors I try to check sensor wiring circuits before I replace anything. Just my opinion.

Engine turns over about 12 revolutions and then stops does not start then you can turn it over again same turns over no spark stops

I wouldn't crank it that long, You may over-heat the starter motor. Let it cool a little between. I don't know what testing you have done? I can only make suggestions, you have to do the testing. Any applicable trouble codes? Do you have coil on plug ignition? The pink wire at the coil should go hot with key on. Use a test light to check for voltage.
