Your Toyota takes the #9004 bulbs which have high and low beam all in one. The wattage rating is 65/45, that's High/Low beam. I know what you're thinking. They're too dim. You can upgrade to halogen for $20 a pair total cost. I like the Sylvania Silver Star for $40 a pair total cost. Hella brand is good too. You may also have plastic headlight lens that have clouded due to age. Not good.

My 1992 Previa 1992 didn't pass the emission test. Check engine light not on. The NO level is too slightly high. It need to be 956 or lower on the 25/25 test and it pass on the 50/15 the first time. 4 Answers
