why do my lexus bog out everytime i get on gas?

it runs but every time i get on gas it bog out . i change the coil pacs, mass air flow,fuel ump, fuel filter,all relays and fuses.

some vehicles with conversion kits don't transfer fuel source until the revs hit the correct limit to change the fuel source. Range Rover late 90s models need the throttle kicked to1600-2000 revs to actuate fuel source change
