Car has no power change fuel filter because
fuel filter was stopped up run good going
home next morning cracked up getting want
to run same problem turn key on fuel pump
circulates for about 3 seconds and kicks off
even with fuel line off of filter

I removed cover out of come under passenger seat behind driver seat to look in fuel tank it appears to be clean

If it's not a dirty fuel tank, check the fuse and relay in the engine compartment fuse block. The fuse is labeled "FUEL" and the relay is "FUEL PUMP". Fuses don't come back to life but check it any way. Then consider there is a fuel rail pressure regulator under the hood on the fuel line, it regulates the pump electrically. It is fastened by two small bolts into the fuel line fitting, has an electrical plug, a vacuum line, made by Bosch, and costs $40. It may set a code if pressure is not about 60 psi. Don't replace it until there's nothing else left to check.
