wont start

my truck will not start, i figured out it is my fuel pump. im unsre of what the spec for the pump should be, should the fuel psi shut off be in  the 90-100 psi range

sounds about right,but befor you go to dropeing the tank,check the ECM fuse,it may be blown,it sends power to the FP.
