AFTER HEAVY RAIN AND WINDSHIELD LEAK TURN SIGNALS AND HAZARD LIGHTS
WOULD NOT WORK

Under the instrument panel near the Accelerator pedal sensor. It isn't a traditional flasher unit - it's a module.

I find mine for 2006 E-250 right below fuse panel by right corner. It was hard to find, because impossible to notice whole relay. You can see only attachment metal part (square shinny with hole in a middle)

When I push the brake pedal or have my lights on when I use my turn signal left or right both lights are blinking at once like I have my hazard lights on
