Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The air blower will not trun off when the "OFF",
button is pushed.
Previously the blend door actuator,  I was told is
the problem. The car hvac was blowing hot air on
ac mode. I was told to disconnect the power too
allow the codes to clear. This worked, but know I
can't s get the thing to trun off. Every thing works
on the controls but the off to trun off the blower.
For example.. I get in the car and trun the key and
start the car up. The car is running and the air is
blowing through the vents. I press off and nothing,
I press ac and it began to get cold, I press off and
the ac and the cold air stops, but the blower
continues. This occurs in heat mode too.
Also, the vents have a hard time changing from
defrost,  to vents, and it will not go into floor mode.
If you like to decuss thus with me please send an e
mail to me... albertoorozcom at hotmail . Com
Or you can text me nine zero nine, two three eight,
nine two zero two
Thanks in advance

The slow moving parts indicate a vacuum leak going to the system. There are guys on this forum who know a lot about this. A cracked vacuum hose somewhere? See what they say.

10-4 I started reading some of the input and trying to get a little more understanding. Currently in So. Cal and half way through autumn. Hopefully I get the information I need before summer time. Thanks

Check any small vacuum hoses under the hood going to the intake manifold. See if they are cracking, or if one is not tight on a fitting. Find which one, when disconnected, makes the heater doors stop working. My car has the manual heater a/c, so it's simpler.
