Just bought a 95 GA Lt1 automatic guy Saic it has an aftermarket shift know and that is why the key is stuck in the ignition. Is there an override in the column or a rod I can use get the key out

The factory shift  knob has a button to put in park this is bypassed causing key
to be stuck and won't turn all the way back .  Thanks for any input or advice.
