Garage find. Perfect showroom condition

I just saw a 1976 trans am limited edition in a garage up here in NW Iowa. The owner is a
older guy. It has 31 miles and never titled. He will sell.
If the above is in perfect showroom condition what would you value it at?
No t tops, 400 not 455.
I can scratch this off of my bucket list!

Car never titled - if you intend to buy this car, make getting a valid registration part of the deal. This sounds like a great find, but make sure the paperwork is 100% (proof of ownership) or you'll be stuck trying to make this car road-legal for a long time.
