Two people from the dealership responded to me. One didn't reply only once after finding out I was only asking
about the car and lived out of state. Then I found out two days later the car sold. I would most likely have
purchased it if only I received the details about it that were not online. Pretty disappointed in the response from this
dealership from the one person. The other person was very helpful and was trying to get someone to answer my
question. She is the only that eventually told me the car was sold.

Great service! Flew to VA to buy this vehicle. Worked with Wendell who is awesome and did an outstanding job getting everything ready for us. He had the vehicle detailed and pulled around under a canopy for us, unfortunately it was raining.
We were in a hurry, on a very tight schedule and the process was slowed down by the Finance Dept., which was a little disappointing because we weren't financing and that process delayed us by 3 hours. We basically repeated signing the same paperwork Wendell already had ready for us.
Again, cudos to Wendell he did everything he could to help and we enjoyed working with him and we love our Armada.
Eventhough we could not come to an amenable arrangement, I appreciated their timely responses to my concerns. I was only disappointed to lose the opportunity to purchase this beautiful vehicle. Thank you.

Got a call from a manager and then they wanna sell me the vehicle waited 2 days for a buyers order. And then when I got they jacked uo their processing fee more then what was showed online. Overall bad experience

My sales lady, Paige, has done an outstanding communication job and is the hotest sales lady in the country. The finance manager, Sammy, did an excellent job of explaining all current and extended warrantees, their full coverages and financing options. Finally, the written purchase order that I received was painless and quick which does not surprise me with this dealership that I highly recommend to everybody.

Customer Service was excellent. The car was waiting for us when we got there, we test drove
immediately. They were not willing to negotiate prices at all. The guy that helped us was new and
it was very obvious but he was still friendly. The lady that did the financing was nice until she
realized we weren't doing the extended warranty that she gets commission off of. She pretty
much told us we were taking money out of her pockets. I don't think we got the best interest rate
possible but overall the customer service was good and we are beyond happy with our purchase.

back to them. They did however call back to make sure I knew it was gone
and to offer to keep an eye out for more.
Made a VIP appt to test drive the car. Had to wait 30 minutes or so for car to return - but test drive went well. We liked the car but wanted to be sure. Left a small deposit to hold it for one week, with the understanding that we could lose the deposit if we didn't return. Was able to coordinate a cash deal and purchased it one week later. The paperwork process is time consuming, I get it. So, on day of pick-up, spent about 2 hours waiting for all the paperwork to process. Paid with a cashiers check and out the door we went! Great experience ! Too bad the dealer is so far away or we would return for all the maintenance too!

The easiest vehicle buying experience I have ever had to deal with. Great service and very professional.
They contacted me, but had nothing to say. All they did is want me to come in, but they wouldn't talk pricing.
They didn’t know what they were doing and made the buying
experience very stressful. Each person I talked with would tell me
something different. Friendly, but not very knowledgeable for something
they do everyday. I was running around like a chicken with my head cut
off doing all these different things the told me to, that I ended up not
having to at all. They don’t respond to your calls until you call 4 times
and email the president of the company.

After seeing the above Audi on the internet, I completed a request for
contact on line. Trey-Lin Plute of Tysinger contacted us by e-mail and we set
up an appointment to meet and look at the car. The day we went in we
sealed the deal and picked up the car the next day. We were satisfied with
the quality of the car, low mileage, color red and a price we could handle.
Just bought the first car I have bought in over ten years from Mitch Sears at Tysinger Hyundai...a beautiful 2013 Honda Accord Touring. Mitch was great since in securing the car and making sure it was still there since I was coming from over 200 miles away to take a look at it and ultimately buy it. Both Mitch and Demetrius Alexander in financing were a pleasure to work with.
I would have given a five star rating if not for one small complaint I had about a $189 fee that I was made aware of near the very end of the process as I was signing the paperwork. This fee was for the dealer's title office to process my out of state titlework. My only issue is that I explicitly asked what all the fees were going to be on the phone before I drive down.
This wasn't enough for me to not proceed with the deal and overall my experience was very pleasant. Thank you Mitch and Demetrius.
Excellent and timely communication, very friendly and helpful before purchase. They held the vehicle for us as we had a 3 hour drive to the dealership, then were absolutely lovely once we arrived. Very straightforward and courteous through the purchase process - treated us like gold despite the fact that we were only buying an older, used vehicle worth a pittance compared to their regular inventory. Will never go back or recommend this dealership.

I did receive a text from Sales Representative Ben, who ask that I contact
him by telephone. I made several unsuccessful attempts, Saturday 2/3/17,
to his cell phone(voice mail box full) and to the office(once no answer, and
twice an answer but Ben never pick-up). I live in Virginia Beach and will not
make the 45 minute trip to Hampton without first having a telephone
conversation regarding an appointment and pricing.

After about eighteen signatures on about eighteen documents we drove away with the vehicle. The van was in excellent visual condition for its age and mileage. Mr. Francis and Mrs. Farmer were very nice and carried out their duties appropriately but it took an hour and a half to complete. Amazing!

Have not received any updates regarding availability. A salesperson did email me about purchase of a different vehicle - no mention of the one I inquired about. Otherwise, they were very courteous and professional. This is a dealership I've been involved with several years - for the most part, the team and management really do seem to care and take your business seriously.
