Unfortunately the vehicle I contacted them about was sold, but Danny was patient while my fiancee and I test drove two vehicles. Danny was very professional yet down to earth and made us at ease. Even though we ultimately didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, we will definitely be recommending them to others!

Contacted them regarding a car and called me within 10 min to answer any questions and schedule a test drive. Unfortunately the car was sold by the time I was able to see it, but they helped me find another car that fit my budget perfectly and never once pressured me to look at something I could not afford. Best dealership experience I've ever had

The internet specialist never answered any questions! Horrible customer approach! The sales manager then took over after a few calls and he also has issues. He did produce most of the info requested but it was painful and his listening skills nee hoaning!! Not a dealer I would do business with in the future!!

Pleasant, polite, fast service. Car posted not available at dealership. They couldnt find where or when sold but showed us something else, which turned out to be a good car. But car we went to see remains posted as being at the dealership.

Drove 50 miles to the dealership and they would not even let us see the car. The salesman took the financial information and said that my son was not qualified for any of their finance offers. He did not try to help us with other options. He basically wrote us off and would not show us any used vehicles. He was not helpful at all.

Salesman was greatly helpful. The whole experience was good minus one thing. The vehicle needs new brakes and rotors, I explained it to them. They felt,like they were sufficient, they are not.

The F-Type Jaguar was purchased by Stevenson-Hendrick Honda of Wilmington but had not arrive, but was on their website (with a generic stock picture). Oddly enough there was an S6 Audi on the lot but not on the Stevenson-Hendrick Honda of Wilmington website. I was e-mailed by Stevenson-Hendrick Honda of Wilmington to provide a phone number to be contacted (which I had provided to Stevenson-Hendrick Honda of Wilmington when I visited the location on 10/8/2018 two days previously) and provided it (again), but have not been contacted.

The dealer contacted me within 24 hours. Unfortunately so did Hurricane Florence. I did reply to them and have kept the information they sent me until all the damage to my house is fixed I would not in good consciousness make an appointment because 1) I cannot get there due to flooding, 2) damage to my house. 3) The storm changed a lot of factors for me. The dealer was courteous and I believe understood the problem.

Very Decent. They worked hard to make a deal on a new 2017 honda pilot elite. Followed by great customer care with cleaning the car twice after my wife was not satisfied with the first job. They help show her all the functions and driver set up. Good job all around.

Stevenson Honda Acura responded quickly to my internet inquiry about the Mini. Scheduled an appointment the next day to test drive. Extremely satisfied with the sales representative, Matthew Harbour. Loved the car - purchased it. Stevenson handled everything for me and made the purchase process painless. Recommend Stevenson and Matthew.

Priced way high. Low ball offers on trade in with no Negotiating at all. The truck I looked at was in ROUGH shape. Blatant lies about their reconditioning and fees on all trade in while they have a nearly destroyed truck priced WELL above retail. The truck in question had a transmission that kept slipping, broken tail lights, crushed truck tailgate from gooseneck and destroyed truck bed. Obviously trucks are meant to be abused, which this truck was. But flat out lied about all the pre owned vehicles that go through a "reconditioning" an alleged $800 fee, that each vehicle goes through right after they're received is non-sense. There was only one salesman who gave a crap about me. He played with my son in the toy room as I was there with my son and was figuring out numbers. I didn't catch his name, but when he approached me and let me know he's also a dad with 3 kids and knows how things are it reassured me there are still great people in this world and weather I bought that car or not he wasn't making anything for commission off a vehicle I was interested in buying. **** did not purchase the vehicle the sales manager and other salesman were on their high horse. (The truck has been in their inventory over 70+ days.....) Their loss, literally..... Hope this helps.

Poor, salesman declined to send a "price quote" via email as requested. Kept trying to obtain information that had nothing to do with an internet price quote. Failed to answer my questions that I asked of a sales person previous to speaking with another sales person. Funny, I purchased a GMC Canyon via internet price response and a good figure for my trade in which was much higher than the "internet" black book. The Canyon with the amenities I needed/wanted was $9,000 cheaper than the Ridgeline I looked at with some amenities that I didn't want. God a $28,000 Truck for $24,500. Sorry, after looking at a Ridgeline I felt it was an upscale 4 door Ford Ranchero or Chevy El Camino. Glad the sales person was so evasive. Thanks anyway.

Mileage is wrong and price is wrong. Was not told by dealer after I put a large deposit on the car, that I would have to pay the registration for the year. Currently I am contacting senior citizens consumer rights. Don't go to pre owned Honda dealership.

Had false pictures on the online ad, and we were not interested in the real vehicle they had on the lot. They said they had a different vehicle at another lot so we made an appointment to come back to view it. When we came back we waited for an hour before the vehicle even arrived and it was the wrong one. Thankfully we liked the vehicle they brought over better, but the experience wasn't great. After purchasing the vehicle we had to come back to let them know it hadn't been serviced, so they detailed and serviced the vehicle for us after the fact. A week later and we are still waiting on the dent guy to come back to help us get some of the dents out of the car. Not very impressed!

I replied to the email and inquired if the car was still available? They responded yes and asked when I wanted to come in and look at it. I responded with a time. They responded that was good. When I got there I was told the car was sold already and tried to look at other cars $5,000 more than the car I came in for. I feel it was a hoax to get me in there to push off higher costing cars. It was a waste of my time!!!!!!!

Management is not customer friendly at all. Very rude and uninterested in treating customers like they are supposed to. Thankfully, Chris and Mike were VERY helpful and kind.

They advertise one price online then said they sent the car to a different dealership that was a Stevenson dealership and raised the price $4,000 and said they couldn't give me the online price I'm good

It was fair, I will not go back. Ok, they took 45 min to get a sales person. it took anotherr 45 min to let us know that the car was in another lot. Very disorganized.

Very friendly and helpful. Greg z was the best car salesman and worked hard to find the car I wanted. The general manager made sure I got everything the way I wanted it also. This is the best place I buy a new or used car. The cars have awesome warranties also.

The internet sales dept. was quick and efficient in replying to me online questions.. However, the week before, when I was in Wilmington, I made an appoinment in person to test drive/buy an MDX. We were halfway to the dealership from an hour away, when we received a phone call that they had already sold the car. We were disappointed and never went back.
