Mike the salesman was a phenomenal guy. I learned a valuable lesson by going to Raymond Chevrolet Kia. People must read the fine print. The advertised price is NOT the real price. You have to meet all their qualifications. One would figure that someone with a FICO score of over 800 would have easily met all their criteria.

The online person lied about the car being there..it was sold. When we got there we looked at another car. Even though we drove a considerable distance based on a lie they wouldn't budge on the car's price (actually raised it $1000 because 2 of the discounts in the online price did not apply to us) and low-balled the trade in offer for my car. Sales person was nice but we'd never waste our time going back there.

The vehicle was not described or photographed in an honest way. The soft top was torn beyond belief. The frame was rusted and painted over with black paint.

The truck was sold and like many dealer they were not aware and hounded me with emails asking when I was stopping by and wanted my cell number, happy I didn’t release that.

So far we are pleased with this dealership. We bought this car for my daughter and believe we got a good deal. Not happy with GM's way of financing....only giving the incentives if financed through GM with a higher APR. Not the dealerships' fault though. My daughter loves the car and everyone at Raymond was great during the transaction. Hopefully any service in the future will be as good. Great car.

Not a dealer I would do business with again. Ever. Out of town buyers need not apply. They accepted my deal and after two days of avoiding my calls and getting the runaround, I was told the car was sold to someone else locally.

They are very tough to deal with and don't want to sell cars very bad , went in on a very warm day and sales person asked if I wanted a water I said yes and he comes back with a warm bottle of water , I had to laugh . Let's say they are not very prepared .

They got back in touch with me promptly. They answered my question about the vehicle and also sent me the Carfax upon request. Unfortunately, we could not agree on price. The salesman seemed to take umbrage with that and appeared to be scolding me in an email. I wasn't impressed.

My experience was with Raymond Kia (across the street) but my experience was great. This was a far drive for me but I’ve been wasting time at dealer way to much lately. Every Dealer I went to (Hyundai) that had a price listed on here, included their incentives that you might not qualify for. So I drive there and a car that was 14300 was soon 20k before taxes and fees. I emailed Raymond Kia several times checking that the price online is not going to change. They stated very clearly that the price you see online is the price you pay. As I drive there I prepared for the dealer to shoot up the price somehow (thanks Hyundai for the trust issues I have now) but I get there and talk to Ron who right away was great. Went for the test drive and 5 minutes later had the out the door price. If you’re looking for a dealer that honors their online prices then this is the place to look. Good people and Ron was great to work with. He’s not one of those pushy salesman trying to get every penny they can out of you. I wish the dealer was closer to me, but I would still come back for my next car. Worth the trip.

My experience was over whelming & upsetting because i was contacted via email & phone by atleast 5/8 diffrent sales personal trying to get me to come in & set up a day. I was confused to who it was i was suppose to speak to & when i did deceide to come in they pulled a bait & error in the description of the vehicle i researched in price that happen not be a 7 seat passenger as described. I was then meet by someone totally diffrent then who i spoke to. Even though this sales person did not pressure me, he did Lie about many things to convince me into buying with them as having free gas fill up's once a month in the pit stop for free, lied about ordering the 2 headrest that were missing from the car i ended up buying & still 3 months later have not received yet & have gotten the run around & most IMPORTANT of all, Lied about the selling price of the vehicle i purchased & brought! Just as most have to sign all legal forms regarding your purchase i never saw were they jacked up & changed the price because they stapled & folded the paper work together & told me the rest were coming in the mail? I was over priced, ripped off, deceived & taken advantage of, among other horrible things, so Buyer please Beware!!!

Responded over 13 times in 11 minutes. I told them i live a lobg way away. Told them i would come in a couple days and when i was rrady to go they didnt tell me they sold the car i wss looking at. If i hadnt chevked their inventory online i would have wasted a whole day. Who does That?

Great experience. Great people. Great value. I drove 260 miles from Michigan to pick up my new Sorento. Not one dealer in Michigan or Ohio could beat Erica or Nick on Price. Erica held my new car for 4 days on my word. I cannot say enough. I love my new Sorento :)

I had at the least 6 different people contact me. When I responded I got some run around but a lot of pressure to come into the store. I am not in a rush and don't like to be pressured. There are a lot of car dealers for me to chose from so I can be picky.

Responded to my request in a few minutes. Met with dealer Next business day and purchased car. Sales person was excellent, but it helps to know what you want beforehand. The process of the deal went quickly and all involved were knowledgeable of their job. So far, this has been a good experience. To all the new car manufacturers who don't provide a spare tire, get real. The "baby donut" tire is better than none at all at 2AM when you need one.

Absolutely horrible experience. Drove 2 hrs to dealership for them to pull around a trashed subaru. Words scratched into the hood windows broken fenders hanging off. Could only imagine what under the hood looked like. Salesman didn't even know what car he was trying to sell me. No knowledge at all whatsoever

Okay, so what's up with this raving review? It's all true...that's what's up! After contacting and visiting at least three other Car Dealerships, I bought a 2013 Kia Optima for my daughter at Raymond Kia. Why? Well for starters, the vehicle was priced better and had lower miles than other comparable vehicles in the market. Next, they did not play the games that other dealers do! No luring you in with low prices...and then adding fees & dealer added options that is common in the car industry. The price advertised at Raymond, was the price I paid. In fact, when the price was lowered as market conditions changed, they honored the lower advertised price! Who does that these days? How refreshing! A car dealer with an honest approach...who stands by their word. WOW!!! Almost unheard of these days. Big shout out to several at the dealership. Robin the Internet Manager who answered my questions over the phone. Victor who is awesome and straight forward...a no BS kinda guy. Yes, you can trust him! Nick the Sales Manager who helped me solidify the deal when Victor was busy. Steve, a new Salesperson to this dealership with a whole lot of patience. Finally, Joe in Finance...the numbers are correct The last thing I would say is this. I'm a guy who trains Salespeople for a living at a well known large Corporation. It's my profession. I do it everyday. The new trend in Sales, is open an honest consultative selling. "Trust" sells. Imagine that! This dealership is what car buying should be. Someone please inform all the others.... (Doc) The agent who took care of me was nice and polite. and I know I was buying a used car. I went to pick up and they had troubled with car and sent me home in a rental after spending several hours waiting. Went back to pick up car and AC not woking on way home. Talked to Doc, he said everything was working when I left. So he said more less your out of luck. Then a few days later the cadillac coverter falls off. When I bought the car I was hoping to get at least a few miles on it before it started to fall apart, since the say they do a full inspection. The car was for my daughter. I was going to buy a new chevy colorado. But not there!!!!.

We told the dealer our budget of 7-7.5k and what in particular we were looking for and they show us a vehicle 2.5k over budget with accident damage (which they admitted they were not going to fix due to cost), after making us wait over 20 minutes to show us this over budget (and over priced vehicle for substantial accident damage and cigarette burns everywhere inside), when we told them we weren't interested they insisted on showing us vehicles we weren't remotely interested in. When we attempted to leave, the salesman got the general manager to come and ask us why? Really? If we want to leave, let us, don't question why or get your GM to try to question us why and argue with me about why.

I had a fabulous experience at Raymond Kia. Erica Foster was my sales person and she was fantastic. I got a great deal on the car and they worked tirelessly to make sure I was perfectly happy with my purchase. I could not be happier. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. They had no pictures posted apparently because they just received the car. When the sales man contacted me I asked him for pictures. It was a hassle getting those. I received the pictures 2 days later and did not have any of the inside of the car. I received those pictures another day later. Then I started to receive appointment notifications when I never even made an appointment. I think this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
