easy to deal with and helpful in our search. Obviously they steered us towards their inventory, but as it became apparent we would be
continuing to look, they were very gracious, understood and extended their services should we decide on using them in the future. Most
dealers will do the same, but it can unfortunately be done with a bit more attitude than is necessary. None of that here. If I do find what I'm
looking for elsewhere, I'll be sure to give Montgomery a call first before buying.

Mike Soweden is an absolutely honest dealer, is willing to go out of his way for you to make sure things are good and if you bring up any issues to him, he will answer them honestly and not sugar coat things just to get a sale. He is people friendly and keeps consumers in mind. He's more worried about the customer and their wants/needs than he is about making a sale. I highly recommend speaking with Mike about a car. He gave me all the numbers I needed right before I even came in for a trade in, so I'd have a good idea on what I'd be spending and we were able to make a deal on the spot for what was exactly written up as a rough draft. he went over the car with me before and during the test drive. I highly recommend seeing this dealership and Mike Sowden. I am very happy with this car and it runs great.

When I first walked in I felt like the staff did not want to assist me until the guy found out I was interested in buying my car out right. Then his disposition changed completely doing a 180. But when it came time for me to test drive the guy told me I couldn’t because there was no gas in the vehicle. I felt like they were pushing me too hard to sign the papers which I did not feel comfortable with because I didn’t drive the car.
My salesman Jon was the best...The whole Montgomeryville Nissan team is awesome!!! I was in my new car driving home in less than an hour... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Very deceitful. The pictures did not show a crack in the bumper so they must've hit a curb at the dealership and never updated the pictures or called it out in the description. I asked about what inspections were done and according to their records it was never looked at by a mechanic. They obliged when I asked that their shop look at it but when I called the shop they wouldn't talk to me I had to talk to my sales person. Moses called me and said they didn't find anything. No description, of what was checked, no paperwork, just Moses's word that they checked it out and it's A OK. I've been promised a call by the sales manager but he doesn't seem to be available ever and not sure what we're going to talk about.

I called at 9am this morning to make sure they had a car in inventory (2008 Jeep Patriot), which was listed on their website. I made an appointment for 12 noon to see it. I drove through the snowstorm to the dealership, which was scary in my Nissan Sentra, but I was very psyched about the Jeep. When I got there, the used car Sales Manager, Pete, told me the car was gone and that it had been sold the night before. When I said that I had spoken to someone this morning who had told me that the car was still on the lot, he just blamed "Kevin" or whoever I had spoken to on the phone this morning. He didn't offer to show me something comparable, didn't offer anything at all. Even if he was telling the truth (which I doubt), this shows that there are clear communication problems among the Sales Team. Is that really how you treat potential customers?

Have to say that everyone at this dealership treated us with professionalism, friendliness and understanding. The only problem we had was with our insurance company not wanting to cover our new NV 2500 , the sales seen we were upset so he solved our problem with one sentence, he told us they would deliver our van for us so we wouldn't have to make the long trip back to Montgomeryville , they delivered our van and everyone is raving how great our van is. Casey was very helpful and responsive with phone calls and emails. I was having trouble finding time in my schedule to take a day to drive to Montgomeryville to look at an Aztek. I finally was told Casey I would be able to drive up within the next day or two. Casey let me know that someone was driving from New Jersey to look at the car. I called the next day or the day after to ask if the Aztek was still available. Casey said it had been sold to the person that traveled from NJ. My only comment is that after all the contact from the dealership, I didn't receive an email or phone call that the person from NJ had bought the car. I would have rated this dealership with 5 stars if I had received a phone call or email that the Aztek had been sold. Going that extra mile would help to elevate the reputation of used car dealers. Otherwise, I assume that great customer service is only associated with an unsold car.

Over Priced, they have no concept of car sales, want to charge outragous retail prices for their vehicles, and only give you a wholesale trade in. I sick all all the car dealers. Then they try to tell you that they are giving you a deal. Yea is I did sales like that I wouldn't sell anything. No one is buying cars.
