They got back to me quickly, they have late hours, but they don't show you the car fax online, you have to go in person. This adds to their poor reputation of selling crappy cars.

Wish I could rate this dealer 0 star. Worst dealer to be dealt with. Call for Infiniti QX60 AWD, listed price was 22,880.00. When I called to schedule the test drive and told them I am buying it all cash, they told me that the cash price will be 10,000 more. You have to finance through us and the total cost will be around 32,000.00. I just say wowwww and hang up the phone.

The guy was friendly but kept avoiding giving us the Carfax. When he finally did we saw what we suspected the car had been in an accident. We test drove 3 cars and one had a SERIOUS shock issue. It didn't even feel safe during the test drive. They offered to fix it for us if we bought it. Why is it even on your lot? I think they get a lot of junk cars at auction and try to sell them.

The worst dealer, I felt like I walked into a junk yard not a dealership and they have many hidden fees. Based on my experience add $3,000 to $4,000 more then the advertising price. Plus tax,dmv!

The vehicle has been keyed, both sides from from nose to rear and across the hood. It was something hard to see from a phone. Since it had been available for some time I contacted them to ask what was wrong with it prior to me driving all the way out there from Long Island. The manager basically said that most people find another car on the lot since there are so many for sale. Found another vehicle while outside, worked numbers, test drove..only to find out the car was in a rollover accident. Wind out of my sails. The salesman Bryan was so nice, professional and I would have loved to give him my business. Just wasn’t in the cards. The place is quite far so I doubt I’ll go back. It’s also not the nicest, cleanest of places.

Do not go here. Called to ask if there is anything wrong with the car and he said no. Drove 2 hours to get there and the car had major damage on the roof and Hood from a hail storm. They did not disclose this to me on the phone

Very quick and through. All my questions were answered and I am still in the process of contacting them to see if this vehicle is still available. The delay in resolving this is 100% me. Extremely busy at the moment , but the idea to buy a vehicle is paramount with me. This would be an extra vehicle for me so the need is minimal .

Spoke with Alfonso regarding the Mercedes 400e convertible and even settled on a price. He was good with returning my messages and I was pleased with him. Unfortunately, after viewing the cargo, I found out that the vehicle was diagnosed with unibody or structural damage. I did not want to take the risk of purchasing this car and felt that it was overpriced for a car with this type of damage. Why would dealerships allow these type of cars to be sold if they can compromise your overall safety??? They should not sell such cars unless they can certify them for safety.

A salesperson from Major World contacted me very quickly. The car was described on Car Gurus as a manual shift vehicle...which is what I was looking for. I did intend on making arrangements to go to Major World to see the vehicle. Upon further inspection of the photos, it appeared that the vehicle was an automatic transmission. I contacted the dealer and the dealer did confirm that the vehicle was, in fact, an automatic. The dealer did not have what I was looking for at this time.

Worst experience yet. Drove 2 hours to see this place just to told the car we are looking at was in a huge flood......couldn't of told us over the phone? Then tries to sell us a car that is almost double the price I was looking at...Bait and switch bull right there. Stay away from this place.

I called to speak with a sales representative and the guy didn’t even speak English well and didn’t know anything about the car that I was inquiring about. He just responded “I don’t know” or “I have no idea”. I asked to speak to another sales representative and he said there was no one there but him which is obviously not true. Very unprofessional and not polite at all and obviously not knowledgeable about the cars he’s supposed to be selling at the dealership he works at.

Buyers Beware! They took me to the back to view the Murano, ran credit through multiple banks, and the sales manager did the old, " Bait and Switch". He told me that there were problems not recorded about the vehicle and he couldn't sell it to me. He tried to sell me everything else in the lot with high interest rates. The initial contact told me that the price was negotiable but they didn't budge on any price on any car. They were a waste of time and I came from New Jersey to New York. The funny thing is that the car still listed to pull people in. They claimed it had some engine flooding or sludge which caused it to be unable to be financed by the bank. After coming back I realized that they were sued last year for millions of dollars grimy dealership practices. Evidently they're still doing it.

Worst experience buying a car,I made several phone calls to ensure the vehicle I was interested in was available, to which they assured me that it was,however after making the trip all the way from Staten Island to their location,by public transportation,I was told by the salesman that the vehicle was a write off by the insurance company,however i could look at other options..a total scam !!!

after several email exchanges requesting a carfax on the vehicle i inquired about i have yet to receive it. i am in florida, they are in long island...they want me to come by their facility and get pre-approved and then they will give it to me. i told them should i like the car, i would pay cash for it but i am not coming to long island just to get the carfax. i told them i was suspect with the car since they would not provide it. sounded like a scam just to put the hard sell on me. STAY AWAY!!!

I am very unsatisfied with the customer service from this dealer. If you’re not in state where you can physically go in, no matter how good the prices are, don’t even waste your time. Within a weeks time, i talked to over 7 different people, and called over 26 times... WITHIN ONE WEEK. The communication lever between these employees i rate the lowest. Finally, i sent a nasty email and started getting responses. I ended up going else where to get a vehicle. I don’t recommend this dealership at all.!

Dealer did return my email but did not answer specific questions about a specific vehicle. I was given the old Politicians answer. So, I didn't go look at vehicle and will never buy from them. This is not the first time this dealership has done this to me. I would have given then NO STARS, but not possible.

Horrible experience drove out there to days in a row from Long Island. Major world is horrible, I visited their website and I seen a car I wanted, on the website it never mentioned the car was salvage and they did not post the pictures where the car was broken they only post the best pictures of the Car and didn’t mention nothing was wrong with the car even when I called them, I had to take a 2 hour drive paying gas and roll thinking I’m about to get my car just to for the guy to tell me ‘ oh you don’t want this car it’s salvage and it’s damage, I called to complain to a manager the woman said she would have one contact me and till this day no one ever contacted me. I was highly upset with my experience with major world.

Worst dealer ever. Made all my way there (65 miles) to check a car after contacting them on the phone and they said the price was negotiable. When I arrived there I asked for a 3% discount which was rejected and they would only sell the car if I bought a 3,500 USD extended warranty and they could do a discount of 800 USD on the warranty...very frustrating after driving 2 hours to check a car that they ensured to be negotiable and there was no negotiation at all. Would not recommend wasting your time there.

Never went to the dealership, it's a 2 hour drive from me and I wanted to find out everything before I went for the trip. They answered all my questions, but the listing was very misleading, said no accidents, but front bumper was messed up multiple spots, says the car is manual but it's automatic. Wouldn't negotiate over the phone.

I went there twice to see this truck and both times did not receive any assistance. The first time they didn't have anyone available to show me this truck and the second time they said someone would be with me in 5 minutes. I waited 45 minutes , no one came to assist, ( actually the salesman that was going to help me was seen with another customer instead ) so we left. The truck is stated that it has no accidents, but it clearly has been in some sort of accident. The 2 through bumper fog lights are sitting in the back of the truck ( in the bed ) with the grill covers. The hood is off alignment ( crooked ) not to mention it is black due to the fact that it was changed and not painted ( factory flat black from a box and faded paint ). The grill is hanging loosely on the body and you can see the indentation on the radiator support where the truck was damaged and also on the right side fender. The black trim you see on the bottom of the doors is some sort of stick on paper that looks like was added to match the hood and wheel flares to accentuate the two tone. These are just the few problems that I was able to see ( the truck was way in the back between other trucks and difficult to view). Way over priced for the condition of the truck.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The blue maxima that I traveled 30 miles to see was smashed in on drivers door and rear quarter panel. They confidently left that photo out. When I asked to see the manager he was confidently gone. There is a waiting area where one waits for a salesman to hopefully show up. Terrible experience. Whenever I see Major World I just move on. What a scarring experience. Oh nobody there even cared! No stars.

The dealer did not contact me I did. 6 pm I call him for a car which is showing 15K on cargurs and he called me to the shop.. Next morning 10am I went there and he says no that one is gone this one is 17K. (whereas the car was exactly the same). He wanted me to finance from him. He was upset knowing I already had my finance done from some other bank and he asking for additional 2K on top of car gurus price. Not a fair dealer!

I reached out for information on a deal that seemed too good to be true. Turns out it was. The website mentioned NOTHING about any damage to the car, even said that no accidents were reported. Drove almost 2 hours to the dealership to be greeted by a couple of very rude and unprofessional salesmen, and was taken to the car that had the back driver side bumper and side panel bashed in. The actual tire wasn't even on the car, it was the donut. Again, no where in the description or pictures was anything about any damage listed. I will NOT go back to this place. Very frustrating and upsetting experience.

I reached out to this dealer because I wanted to buy a car cash, I called multiple times and left multiple messages at last when I received a call from a sales rep, she didn't know anything about the car, the lady said that she will call later but she never did, I had to call them and remind them that I was a repeated customer, the lady she will send me the car info but she never asked me for my email, stay away from this place, NOTE: the car that was on sale had big issues with the proper number of miles, according to them, they didn't know if the milage was correct. This dealership has its ups and downs in my opinion, when you arrive everyone is eager to take your business (as for everydealer) and they are very friendly no complain their. Be ready to spend around 5 hours minimum at the dealership for it's a long waiting process and if you have the vehicle you looking for in mind already be sure to ask all of its price questions, I went in knowing the car I wanted was a certain price but it turns out the car has other features and the prices are not listed so on top of the original price I was looking they added 5k more so just keep in mind to ask for a total price before. Other then those two reason I think major world it's OK I got the car I wanted and am happy with it

When I got to the dealer to test drive the white 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL 450 GL they told me that I could not finance the vehicle due to the fact that the mileage is wrong and they do not know the exact mileage on the vehicle and that no bank will give you a loan for the vehicle. But they don't tell you that over the phone, they waited for you get there to look at the vehicle and then they'll tell the truth about the vehicle then try to sell you something else.

It was terrible. Telephonically told car was available. Upon arrival, after completing many forms, was told car was not available. Explained what I was looking for as a alternative and was offered for sale the opposite of what I asked for. It was a waste of my time, my energy and what a disappointment. On top of that, the waiting area was grimy with tables similar to an old public school. I met four managers and none were accommodating to my needs. I felt they were only looking for sale and not to please me or take the time to really hear me.

Promised me the vehicle was available, upon arriving I was shown the vehicle, once I sat down to finalize the deal this occurred: 2015 F150 with 21,296 miles $22,00.00 all of a sudden the total mileage is unknow (TMU) and I am directed to look at other vehicles. Which I didn't do. I made it clear I would not be financing through them and inquire as to what fee I would be paying and was told, "taxes and registration". They introduced (TMU) stating my financial institution would not finance the car, however they have institutions that would at higer rate than I was preapproved for. $2,000.00 added to the listed price. This is when I walked. I travel two hours, this they knew. Don't waste your time trying to do business with Major World.

They are not very thorough. The company sends general emails and are not tailored to individual needs. I set am appointment to view the car but when I got there the salesman couldn't find it. Once he did (about a half hour later), l had to be driven to another lot to see it. They didn't have the titles for it so I could not even test drive it. Waste of time.

Clicked on link to request vehicle price late Sarurday night. Received a call Sunday morning and was told by the employee that she would have to get the price from the manager and would call me back. Seemed strange that a call from a person unable to give a price was the first impression they were making. Didn't hear back so I called back late Sunday afternoon and was told no managers were in and that no one could give me the vehicle price. This seemed strange that 6 hours later I had to call them back and still no one could give a vehicle price. Was promised a call Sunday morning and 36 hours later still haven't gotten a price. They seem more interested in pushing me to come to the dealership rather than giving me the price so I can determine if I want go to the dealership and look at the car. Sales approach or whatever they want to call it is frustrating and disconcerting.

The dealer responded, but only to tell me the car was available. I had asked for a price and explained that I was about 5 hours away, I needed a price before coming to look at it. I got another email asking when I was coming. Again I explained. I got another email with a link to a few Q7s they had. I asked for a price again on two specific stock #'s. I got an email telling me to come look at them - no price. I gave up and bought at another dealer near these guys.

This is the only dealer that didn't list a price for a car I was interested in. When I chatted through their web chat feature with an agent, he wouldn't quote me a price but insisted I give him my number so someone could call me. When I made an email inquiry about the price, I got an email back saying I needed to submit my number so someone could call me. I'm confident that if I had given my number and someone had called me, I wouldn't have gotten a price then either unless I came in. It was an unwelcome manipulative approach.

I gave my email in the request because Im always busy and cant talk on the phone most of the times and the first email response said basically "you either give me a phone or I can't help you", when my only question was if the car was available. Very bad sales and customer service...

They seem like a marketing scam. Just trying to get your cell number. I've sent more than one email asking for the mileage / price and they can't give me a straight answer. They said it works in my favor and just to show up. I live in a different state and won't do business with a place that can't answer my simple question.

MajorWorld is a joke, I would not recommend these people to anyone, do not give them your email address as they will plug you into some spam bot server and you'll get so many junk mails your inbox will overflow. I sent three emails to get specific information regarding a specific car they had listed, the response back from Jennifer was to tell me how many cars they had on their lot and to just come on in and look around Yay. After three round of that B.S. I hit unsubscribe and still having my spam filter working overtime. Run from this place. Dan

I purchased my new (used) vehicle through Major World. My salesman John was the best. He was a wealth of information and shared his opinion with me. However, he was not a pushy salesman and was very patient while I evaluated all of the options he presented to me. The dealership is full service: verifies your insurance, does the title work and gets the registration for you. I live in PA and the dealership is in NY, but they were able to get my PA registration for me and get me temporary tags to drive my new car home. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Nothing more than a cattle call. Very confusing process just to find out the vehicle we wanted wasn't there, even after we called and was told it was. The salesmen were like rabid hyena... Couldn't even get out of our car before being barked at and pounced on for the sale. Then there was this whole name game thing that the sales man played..."Tom? You must have heard it wrong. She had of said Todd and you heard it wrong. Just come with me". Once we found Tom... He wasn't any help... In fact, he acted like we were wasting his time. Even if they acquire the van we want at half the price of any other place... We wouldn't go back there.

I have called and called about the same car, but not gotten any calls back. When I got a returned call, the phone rang once before hanging up. I only realized that it was Major World, because I called it back. When I verbalized dissatisfaction, the lady checked further and told me the car was sold. Its now a week later, the car is still advertized. So I called again, but I have not received a return call. I last called 2 days ago. I now ignore all Major World cars and ads.

Called about a 2008 Toyota Sequioa. Salesperson called back and when asked to provide more infor on the vehicle, the girl ststed she would have a manager call back. 2 days later another sales person called back and was very pushy about scheduling an appointment to see the vehicle but would not answer my questions. Stated he's just tryingto sell cars do I want to come see it. I would not reccomend this dealer ,unimformative and simply rude.

I never went to the dealership. I was put on some aotomated call back system and ended up having to call the dealership 3 times to have my number removed. I was contacted twice via phone. After I provided all my information and the type car I wanted, both times the person said they would call back and neither one ever called again. I also received an email I responded to that as well. Again, no answer. Perhaps if I had made it there, they would have been more responsive.

The did not have the car that was listed on the website when they said they did and then when i went in they gave me a run around that the car was sold and another was out in the shop.The old bait and switch and when he knew he couldnt sell me on anything else they didn't want anything else to do with me.

They are a bunch of salesperson who just wants to be talking and smoking outside while the customer looks for whatever car they want in the messy and crowded parking lot. Mine, was real bad experience in that place. Thank God I found out that not all Dealers are the same. I've got my car and was treated as a real customer.
