My daughter bought a used car from Buckeye Ford. Within 100 miles, it needed a serpentine belt and new transmission. Buckeye Ford refused to assist in any way. Apparently they put on bandaids to get the cars off the lot and if you have a problem driving it home they tell you that the car has no warranty. Very unethical.

A sales person reached out to me rather promptly. But was not able to answer a question based on a detail from the photo online of the Ford transit van.

Nice salesman but the 2 cars we test drove were dirty. They looked like they were detailed recently but were used as personal cars after.

Their vehicles are fairly priced, I was in the middle of financing one of their vehicles and it was sold before I could get my down payment to them the next day. 3 more vehicles similar to the previous one was coming in and they notified me to see if i was interested. They were supposed to contact me when they were ready for me to come look and test drive to see if I liked one, only they took it upon themselves to try and get me financed for one of them and i had never even seen it in person. For that i will never deal with them again no dealer has the right to run your credit through any finance company on a vehicle you've never seen!

I had been eyeing this Santa Fe for a good while but wasn't totally sure I could afford the payments given my credit rating. This Santa Fe was exactly what my wife and I wanted and realized that this was too good a deal to pass up. We made our decision based on a very favorable experience with the 2003 Santa Fe we traded in on it. Brandon Smith was very helpful with arranging the financing (wasn't expecting the 5.19% interest rate). We decided to go for the Limited trim level because we intend to keep this vehicle for ten years. However, when I expressed interest in purchasing an undercoating job given its age, Brandon told me he knew of an outfit in Plain City, yet when I emailed him for their name/address/phone #, I got no reply from him. Otherwise, it was a very easygoing sales experience.

I would never return to them again. Salesman was constantly rude with us. And kept saying if you don't like what we offer the deal is over.So once they stopped trying to get our loan to go through after we supplied what they ask for we walked away and bought a car else where.

Responded to email. Respectfull, and kept me up to date with what was going on with the truck. I was unable to make a deal with this dealer so I'm giving 4 stars. If they were willing to deal I'd have bought the truck. But the gambl may have payed off for them. Either way I will keep them in mind when looking for vehicles.

Went and drove the truck we wanted to. Told the man the price range we wanted to stay in. Unstead of working with us or showing us something else that might fit us he simply said try looking for something cheaper.. and handed us his card. He did say as we wereceive walking out her would call if he thought he found something... . kind of disappointed. But wasn't meant to be I guess

TERRIBLE!!! I will never do business at this dealership again!!!! LOWBALL TRADE-IN!!!!(which was my fault for accepting) Said the low amount was due to some hail damage that the vehicle had and that it would be at least $1500 in labor hours to get fixed "before they could even try to resell it." There was a dent on the hood of the vehicle I purchased from them, they said "they would take care of it" but and I was told I'd have to bring it back because "the dent guy" only came in on Wednesday's and this was a Saturday. On Tuesday I realized I had left a picture of my son in the sun visor of my trade-in so I called them in hopes that they could retrieve it only to be told my vehicle had already been detailed and put back on the lot for resale which was shocking because it wasn't Wednesday yet and "the dent guy" wasn't there yet to fix ALL the hail damage that they claimed needed fixing "before they could even resell it," ANOTHER LIE!! The salesperson Chad lied to me about having the seats cleaned in the vehicle I just purchased with them even though I was there a total of 6 hours.He also told me I would only have 2 credit hits, I had 7 hard inquiries. With a score well above 700, I found that unnecessary. This after expressing I wanted to use my credit union. Then the financing guy P.J. topped off my poor experience by becoming obnoxious and sarcastic when I called a week later to cancel my GAP insurance due to the fact that I decided to refinance through MY credit union that I originally wanted to use and by doing so I got a lower percentage rate and cheaper GAP insurance ($350 cheaper on the GAP). I requested a refund, he faxed the paperwork with the WRONG last 6 digits of my VIN, when I called to tell him of the mistake he sarcastically said "he did it intentionally to keep my money" only I actually believe it WAS INTENTIONAL to cause a delay or to make it null and void and cause me more grief. I assume it was because he lost his commission on that. POOR, POOR customer service. They are not interested in YOU or ME as the consumer. They will feed you all the lies they can until you sign, then its another story.Do yourself a favor DON'T BUY HERE and have your financing in place before you purchase a vehicle and be adamant about it. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I hope this review helps the next person. This is how I was treated after spending $20,000 at this establishment. Finally I was supposed to have 3 months of ONSTAR which I didn't get either. That was my experience at this dealership.

Internet indicated Truck was on the lot. Stopped in to look at it after 2.hr drive. Truck not there, it was at their other dealership 1 hour away. Then offered a low ball offer for the trade. Whole trip was a waste of time.
