We as a family, and two now adult-sons in 20's and one is 31, LOVE this place- low pressure; make it simple , even will steer us away from one we like looks of as they know the car and the buyers usually inside and out. We have trusted them for our BMW's, esp. w/ low costs and they never have given a bad deal or a lemon, our sons were safe- one was hit and not hurt; car was totaled. I was so grateful that a BMW is one of THE safest cars ever made. Now that is possibly still true, and we still have our older models, like 2000 and up to maybe as late model as a 2005, but now not selling them due to something in manufacturing after later models. They are switching over mainly to cars like the Lexus RX 350--- so he will be checking around, and also into other SUV's similar. When we are ready, they will be, too. Also they know who to go to for repairs. Both owners are race car drivers, married and w/ kids so they are very reliable, life long best friends, and we enjoy how relaxed, low pressured they are. We have bought over 6 cars there~ always can dicker! But they go online, too, and find the deals, shop around even for us. We have known Chip since about 12 yrs. ago! Thanks. AND yes, they do listen. They do listen well, and even helped my youngest learn to drive a stick shift! What a guy. Good team there. Trustworthy. I promise!

The dealer was in a different state, but je called right away ti my email request and explained everything about the vehicle in detail. Spent a lot of time answering my questions. Unfortunately someone bought the vehicle before I could even see the pictures. Would definitely buy it from this dealer.

While the car was described as having never been wrecked, the front end did in fact have damage and had a ton of touch up. Having already wired the money, there was no room to negoitiate further which is my fault. Buying on the internet is great, but I will visually inspect the car next time and not be so naïve to think "never been wrecked" means no damage
