The dealer was great and really respectful, i didnt end up going with the vehicle, but they dod help me get pre-approved based on my credit and got me a vehicle choice WITH NO MONEY DOWN! They were helpful and really tried thier beat to work with me and help me find what may be best for me. I would highly recommend going here and trying it out!

Offered to pay the total price with approved credit card (just over $4,400) and they refused to accept it. They would only accept $2,500 on the credit card and the balance needed to be cash.

I attempted to buy a used car doing most of the leg work online since I do not live close to the dealership. The rep I dealt with via email was nice to work with and quick to reply, but getting specific answers to specific questions was not easy. Ultimately the deal died over a $300 VIN etching fee that the manager told me was on all their cars and non-negotiable. I wish that was disclosed up front, but there is no mention of it in the fine print on their website.

Our sales person, Rick S., was great. No pressure, very sensible and practical in his approach. Once we got to the sales manager, though, things were -very- frustrating. Extra $500+ in dealer fees tacked on plus the back and forth haggling are tired tactics in 2019. Was hoping for better. Ended up buying the car but only because Rick went above and beyond to make it happen.

When we arrived, they knew this was the primary vehicle we were interested in, but we had a concern about the age of the tires. The salesperson mentioned this immediately, and showed us evidence that they had been recently replaced. He then showed us a recent off-lease Camry LE with fewer miles that had just come in. The recent arrival came with the addition of the CPO, they had the full service history, etc. and we purchased that vehicle at a price lower than KBB.

I scheduled a test and was told the vehicle would be ready upon my arrival. However, that was not the case. When I arrived, the person I was supposed to take the test drive with was not scheduled to work that day. I had to wait in excess of 30 minutes while they jumped the vehicle. After finally completing the test drive, I conducted an interior and exterior inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle had appeared it just got back from a lengthy road trip from Florida. Trash was present throughout the entire vehicle and it was in desperate need of cleaning inside and out. I was told by the salesman, that the staff that prep the vehicles were behind. That was a fabrication since this vehicle has been sitting on the lot for over two months. I believe in first impressions and you can be rest assured that this experience was probably the worst ever. I would like that add, that the staff were very courtesy and polite.

While the salesperson was very helpful and the price was good, I was upset about a hidden etching charge that dealer put on vehicle I did not find out about until I was ready to pay. They made a partial concession in the price when I complained.

Dealer was friendly and professional. Little dissapointed on options I thought we're included but found out after sale they weren't. Toyota should list differences on trims more obviously posted. Overall experience was good and I am happy with deal and vehicle. I would recommend the dealer.

The dealership contacted me immediately. All of the personnel I dealt with were extremely professional and courteous. I did not purchase a car from this dealership but it certainly was not because of the way they conduct business. It was because of other factors outside the control of the dealership. I would return to this dealership in the future, without question.

This is the best place to go to get a new car.The staff bend over backwards to accommodate you. We are on a tight budget and these guys kept working even after i had given up. They managed to get me the car we wanted at the price we afford. Then called to see if we wanted it. Got a 2019 Kia forte that same. Love these people

Asked about this vehicle. Got a response pretty quick. I asked some details and how long it had been on the lot. Sales lady said 119 days. Got an email the next day asking if I was interested because someone at another dealer was asking about it. I replied that it was ironic that the car had not sold in 119 days but the day after I inquire about it, some other dealer has a customer interested in it? I told the sales lady to go ahead and send it to the other dealer. It has been almost two weeks and it is still on Andy Mohr's lot, not sold. Not sure I want to deal with andymohr. The lady could have been telling the truth but I get that but feeling she wasn't.

The dealer contacted me quickly and everyone was friendly. I asked a variety of questions and got some answers. I traveled 2 hours to see the truck and was very disappointed. The truck was very dirty (which the salesman had told me). I had anticipated that it would have looked better since it had been through the detail shop. Plus there where things that I wish had been told to me before I decided to travel... driver side door does not shut well, molding is pealing off, bedlinen warped, fabric on seats torn, non of this was shown in any of the photos that i asked for. Again, the salesman was friendly. I think I just have to be very specific and precise in asking lots and lots of questions to get all the answer I need. I do not believe the truck is worth what they are asking for it.

i will never go back to this dealership. I went to look at this truck. It was filthy and smelled inside and tons of screws and bolts and dirt in the bed. Took for a test drive, engine light on, tire light on. Brakes went all the way to the floor, drivers door wouldnt close, selector knob wouldnt turn. Talked with sales rep, he told me they were selling it, as is. They would clean it up, fix door. Thats it. This is at a toyota dealer. Would not address brakes, engine light, tire light. Would not check out the vehicle.

Spent 1 hour looking at this and other vehicles on the lot while waiting for a salesperson. Employee who takes pix of cars helped me to get a salesperson. Then salesperson wouldn’t budge in overpriced truck. 3 Days later the price dropped.

i went out to look at a 2010 honda pilot. i saw a different vehicle, a 2015 honda pilot. test drove it and traded in my 07 Toyota FJ for the new to me 2015 pilot. Dylan, my sales associate, was AWESOME. very helpful and answered all my questions. the process was painless and im happy.

They were great via phone and text. Unfortunately they were terrible when it came to actual purchasing of vehicle. I informed then of the vehicle I wanted, already had financing set up. They called me the next morning to remind me of appointment to see car. Two hours I called them with a question obout bill of sale and was informed they sold the car from underneath me. Yet they still called me to come look at a vehicle that wasn’t even available. Never received call back from sales lady who was expecting me to say hey we sold your car, no offer of apology or anything. Bill the gentleman who informed me car was sold was not apologetic nor did he offer help finding a similar vehicle. Terrible experience

I found a Patriot High Altitude that Andy Mohr Toyota has listed on Car Gurus. I went there 30 mins early to assure that I was on time. I was told that the person I was talking to on the phone was busy, and that they would find someone to help me. Thirty minutes or so later a man showed up and said he would help me and that he would pull the car around frontbthat I had gone to look at. He said he would go get the keys then pull the car around. I seen him walk back and forth a few times as though he was lost. He finally came back with the keys about 20 mins later. He said I will go get the car and pull it around. 15 minutes later, he came back and said “ I’m sorry, but the car you came to see has been taken to out Bloomington location. I thought that was pretty sad that they were listing a car that they didn’t even have, not to mention the salesman didn’t even know it was gone. What was really sad, I went in there with more than enough cash to buy the car right then and there.

Saw a 2003 BMW online and sent an inquiry. Received a phone call immediately from a nice guy who knew nothing about the car but said he would have someone contact me. In a few minutes I received a text from someone telling me that he had just driven the car and that it had no problems and to please ask for him when I went in the next day. Showed up the next day and a woman patrolling the lot approached us before we could even get inside. I told her the man's name we were there to see and she asked us to sit at a table. Twenty minutes later I saw her again and asked if she had seen the man we asked about and she turned around and went back to where she said he was. A few minutes later this man came out and said he was too busy to help and would we mind if this woman helped us. We drove the car and several things were noticeably wrong with it...things like no heat, no A/C, suspension problems, etc. The car interior was filthy, although it had been online for 77 days. The woman that went with us knew nothing about the car and nothing about BMWs. She said things could be fixed. We sat down inside and she came out with a long list of the items that were wrong with the car and when I asked her if these were things that would be corrected prior to purchase she said no, that the car was being offered as is. Her inference was that we could buy the car for the list price and be responsible for all of the repair work that needed to be performed, which I estimated to be greater than the value of the car. In short, we drove 45 minutes to see a piece of junk and were treated like peasants for whom no one had time. First time I had ever been to this dealership and certainly the last.

I was looking for a jeep for my daughter. I ended up buying another jeep than the one I contacted them about. Based on price it was a good deal but not a great deal. This is the only reason I bought here. This is the quintessential "used car" lot. Sales people standing outside ready to pounce and the vibe is very much high pressure and buy today. My sales person was through the on line contact so I didn't have to run the gamut of sales people. While he was very nice he was not fully knowledgeable about the car. That was forgivable but finding out after purchasing the car it only had one key and was out of gas (I made it to a station, barely) without any fuel provided by the seller was just typical of a used car dealer. I was also asked to have my picture taken with the car for their facebook pager and was told my sales person would be charged $25 if I didn't do that. I still refused. Would I buy here again based on experience? No. I would based on price but then I would buy from anyone based on a good price. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone unless they do their homework and see what they have on the lot that is priced at a good deal. Sad part is we will be buying at least one if not two new vehicles in the next month or two but will not consider looking here after the experience. Seriously, you can't ever put in $10 worth of gas??

After initial contact, we set an appt three days in advance. Dealer called me twice the morning of the appt to ensure I was coming. When I got there, the rep I was dealing with took the day off (no warning) and the truck was not there! Truck was "being repaired." No one mentioned that tidbit on the two calls that morning. I had asked for a female sales person and no, that didn't happen either.

I scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle that was 100% what I wanted. The drive was a couple of hours for me, so the next morning (less than 24 hours) I get online to show a coworker the vehicle only to find it marked sold. I then messaged the representative to see if my appointment was still on, and she said yes, but that the vehicle had been sold. They did, however, have several other "great vehicles" to look at. Right, I'm sure, but I was interested in One. Specific. Vehicle. Unless you can offer me an identical, completely matching vehicle I want no part of your business. Put simply, the whole thing was a garbage interaction and a complete let down.

I was contacted soon after I had sent my email and phone number inquiring about a 2016 WRX. Stephanie the saleswoman at Andy Mohr Toyota was more than helpful, without being pushy. For that I gave her 5 Stars. I ended up deciding to keep the Jeep that I had since I am close to paying it off. My overall experience dealing with Stephanie was great. I have no complaints and when I told her that I decided to stick with the vehicle I had she was very understanding. So when dealing with Andy Mohr Toyota....ask for Stephanie!

I highly recommend you go to someone else. I had set up a date to go see a vehicle and after them checking with me that morning to make sure I was coming and driving over two hours, I arrived at the dealership only to wait 20 minutes (when they had said that morning they'd have the vehicle ready) for someone to come back and tell me they had already sold the vehicle. I stood up and left.

Andy Morh sales staff was great!! Felt no pressure. Their Sales manager was wonderful with explaining everything in detail so my duaghter was well informed and comfortable with the purchase. It was her first time buying a car.

Not good! Drove 1 1/2 hours and the truck had more miles than advertised plus it was filthy they didn't bother cleaning it up. Whoever was driving it left trash in the front seat. Not a very good experience!!!!! I was very disappointed we were hoping to find a nice truck and that truck had potential!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE! I called and set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Told them I had drive 2 hrs to get there. When I get there, the van was on a lift being serviced! I told them I would wait. Well the technician who was working on it left, and no one else is allowed to work on it. So I set up an appointment and drove 2 hrs for nothing! I did get to see the van and it was horrific! Completely trashed! They did offer to drive it down to me the next day. I said fine. I got a text the next day from the lady I set up the appointment with asking me if I had made it in! Are you kidding! Then I got a call saying it didn't pass inspection, so it isn't safe to sell. WOW! Scratch this place off your list. Too shady.

Called to inquire about vehicle and was told it was in perfect shape. Drove 2.5 hours to test drive. Got the impression that no one there cared if they sold me a car or not. The car I went to see was filthy and had some significant dings. I asked if they'd at least detail it if I were to buy it and was told they were selling it "as is". Terrible experience!!

Had the cash for the Envoy, drive an hour out of my to go pick it up. Salesman says.... Oh you didn't get my text it sold last night??? Even though I called before I left to go there and they said it was still there a day after it sold!!!! Seems to me they need some new people that can communicate better. Will never go back or recommend. Plus it still shows its for sale on the website Get your crap together people do your jobs.

SALESMAN: Waited about 20 mins for him, but still did not see him (he even walked by me, without not . It would have been courtesy if he stopped by to let me know he was attending to another customer. VEHICLE: Frustrated, I reached out to another salesman (newer guy) for help. He searched high and low but could not find the Vehicle. Suspecting, it was out on a test drive I waited another 50mins. Newer salesman late confirmed car was not on lot. HEADS UP : Despite letting original salesman know via email that I was coming for a test drive- I neither saw that sales man or the vehicle after an almost 1 hour 30 mins trip I am pretty disappointed with the customer servixe.

They knew I was coming from Terre haute, a 1 1/2 hour drive but the car was in being cleaned. After waiting 15-20 minutes on it, the car was in poor shape: light covers missing, etc. the salesman had no idea if everything worked like mirrors and lights. I would have to do that myself. Very disappointed Won't go back.

Andy Mohr Toyota changed the selling price from $6000 to $8995 within 2 hrs of my inquiry. Now it is priced at 8k. Price fluctuations of more than 25% in a few days seems ridiculous to me.

Bought the truck, but purchasing it was so cumbersome and disorganized that I almost left. Also, truck didn't come with 2 sets of keys, floor mats, a jack or lug wrench and the manager said, "Sorry, its a used truck." I guess next time I pay 32k for a vehicle (after taxes, warranty, etc) I'll purchase from a dealer who would like their customers returning instead of warning every person they meet to not go to Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon, IN.

I was interested in more info on the vehicle and I talked to a liaison a little bit about it and they told me that they would have a sales specialist contact me via phone, but no one ever called. If someone would have called, I would have maybe purchased the vehicle

Terrible experience i was gonna pay double of what the car was worth they didnt want to make any deals with me. make sure u pay attention to all the numbers especially the monthly payments take your calculator. I went to chevy dealer and worked and awesome deal with me for beeing a fisrt time buyer that means first look around before you take the first deal

Contacted the dealer about a truck and asked them to verify some information about it as I have been subjected to the bait and switch a couple of times. The salesperson said that the truck was sold the previous day and offered to help me with another vehicle. Two days later the same truck was listed with a price drop so I called about it again and it was miraculously sold AGAIN!!

It was a 40 minute drive from my home to see this car, so I told them to let me know if there was a problem before I left. They knew the time I would be there. So when I arriveed of course the car was gone and had been for a day. Spent hour and a half look and waiting on the manager, salesman couldn't od anything on his own. Didn't find anything else, I was told that they don't do much in my price range. My phone rang, didn't answer just as I wqs about to leave. When I returned to my car and listen to the message it was the dealer calliing to tell me the car was gone. Two hours after I told them I would leave to get there!! Wanted to yell at them but, didn't think it made any difference to them anyway!

bad customer service, and the usual bait and switch. you see something online that looks nice, then when you drive their and the car/truck you saw or inquired about is not there or now they want $1000-2000 more. then they'll try and sell you another overpriced piece of junk. most of their used cars are trade in's, which they pay nothing for and lucky if they have $100 in it. then jack the price over NADA actual value. dont work with you either on prices. oh and dont forget those hidden document fees they try and stick you with, like most stealerships!!

went there . salesperson told us the price jupmed $1200 since the night before. very dishonest place. so we left without buying a car. funny thing is the price went back down the next day. save your time, they like to play games. they got another car that i really wanted but there is no way i am wasting my time again there

I helped my parents with searching for a car online. Initially this dealer was extremely helpful and friendly. The purchase was smooth until of.course the end. They did not dislcose that the car only had one key and did not offer assistance in getting another. This by no means was a bad experience but worth noting.

Salesman was very nice, sales manager was what I've come to expect from a sales manager with the usual "We're not making any money on this deal". Also, they tried to add a $299 charge for glass etching that is some sort of theft insurance...I refused to pay and they took it off. My advice, if you buy from them, stand your ground on the price, don't pay for the useless extras they try to add to your cost and bring your calculator to closing. Read and question every cost and fee.

I flew from CO to IN to get the car. I spoke to the dealership about the price before flying out and we settled on a price. When I got there they said the person had made a mistake so if I still wanted the car I would have to pay $1000 more than what I had agreed to pay. (They did lower $800 it from the listed price). In addition the mileage was 3K higher than what was listed and they were not willing to adjust the price for the difference. Again, they said it was a "mistake". I liked the car and had already made the trip so I bought it anyway but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Of course if I had lived nearby I would have walked away....
