Thanks to Anthony, Steven, and the entire Auto Haus (Yorktown) team. I am an out of state buyer (NC) and they made the process very user friendly for me. We had reasonable negotiations on the price, and they were also able to secure me more favorable financing than I’d already procured through Navy Federal Credit Union for the purchase. I’m a retired military officer, so I put a premium on integrity and candid communication. Auto Haus excelled at both. I would definitely recommend them to other car buyers—whether you or local or remote, they will value your business and treat you with respect.

Very informative, Just not the vehiicle I thought I wanted.

The options noted and "sold" were not accurate. Ad and paperwork stated the car had CarPlay/AndroidAuto & Remote Start and it doesn't. I live in VB. I could not drive it home right away once I purchased. Asked for someone to follow me with it and I'd bring him/her back but was told no. Picked up later that evening and check engine light came on. Parked it all weekend and went to have it looked at Monday morning. Sat two hours while they looked it over. Stated there were no codes, when I expressed concern about my 3 day return window, was assured it would be ok if something happened. Been driving now for 3 days and that is when I discovered, after subscribing to MySubaru, that there is no Remote Start. Also found that the CarPlay/AndroidAuto are not compatible with my phone because my phone is "too new". Subaru is working it. I like the car, just wish the sales person actually knew the options. I am installing Remote Start at a cost, no offer of discount at all.

This place is a scam. They listed the same vehicle for classic Nissan and classic Toyota. I called and went to Toyota on Friday, I was told that the car was there. When I got there the salesman at Toyota said it had been sold within the last three hours since I spoke with him. Then another sales person came up and said it was actually sold yesterday. I saw the same vehicle on classic Nissan Saturday and I spoke to the sales person. She said the vehicle was available. I went there was toldthe car was sold this morning. I checked the Vin number and it was the same as that the number I was the one from Friday. Each time at Toyota and Nissan that salesperson it said they had bad news that the vehicle I wanted was sold, but they had other vehicles that I can look at. I was told the vehicle was so in the morning. Told the vehicle was sold the day before tow. The vehicle was sold within the last three hours. They are liars and this is a scam. I will never do business with that company again.
